Clean, about a fifteen minute walk from the sea front, nothing in the area of the hotel of interest. Good off street parking. Desk staff excellent, other hotel staff disinterested and off hand. Rooms in back block clean and quiet, but small. Breakfast basic. Overall, adequate hotel with good parking.
