This is a beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. We booked it at the last moment but we were able to get the last room overlooking the garden. The room had a little balcony too. The hotel has a private beach, a bar with a terrace where you can enjoy the sunset. It is in a perfect location. Breakfast is served in the restaurant (that unfortunately is open only for lunch). We enjoyed the variety and the quality of breakfast. The personell was very professional. Personale gentile e professionale. Torneremo

Lovely hotel, great location on the beach, nothing to fault other than the air conditioning could have been better ( leaked water and would have been nice if it was a little colder, that said, the maids made sure the towel left out of sight under the air con unit soaked up most of the water) wasn't a problem for us, staff were really nice and helpful, breakfast was very good, hotel was very tastfully decorated, we had a lovely time and would definitely stay again, one of the more expensive hotels in sperlonga but that's maybe down to the great location.

Sperlonga is wonderful. Breathtaking ocean views, an ancient hilltop city, beautiful piazzas and great food...........can't ask for much more than that. Well a little more sun would have been great but..........walking the beach was still great.

Realy nice place to relax and enjoy the village, the ocean. Very friendly and warm atmosphere. Noice insulated windows for rooms with an ocean view might be a nice improvement - especially if wind becomes heavier.

The hotel, the staff an the surroundings was excellent. The breakfast buffet was very good. It was so nice to sit in the garden in the evening with a glass of wine from the bar. Sperlonga is a beautiful, little town. Very good pizza at the restaurant near to hotel Aurora. We will recommend this hotel to our best friends and we will come back some day.

Wonderful hotel in a great location, really enjoyed our stay. Travel was easier than expected with the bus from Fondi station being linked to train times and the bus stop located directly outside the Aurora.(timetable available from the hotel)Slightly disappointed that we paid 205 euros per night and found out as we were leaving that the hotels own rate for the room we were allocated (overlooking the car park)was about 50 euros less. The price was the only issue we had but overall the holiday was wonderful and we hope to visit again.

Hotel Aurora is a nice hotel at the beautiful, quiet, sandy beach in Sperlonga. The staff were polite and welcoming, the cleaning personel was very sweet - they even came knocking on all the doors once a week to ask if we were satisfied with the cleaning. The brekfast...well, let me put it this way...we walked in, but rolled out every morning! It's all we could wish for and moore. Mozerella, smoked cheese, parmaham, ham, salme, salads, omelets, beans, vegetables, eggs, pasterys, yoghurts, fruits, serials and lots lots moore!!! The sweetest thing is that when you sit down the staff comes over to your table and asks you what type of coffee you want - and you can choose any coffee you'd like. I had the cappuchino almost every morning - it's delicious! Dont expect everyone to speak english! Try to learn some simple italian gloses before you travel. Sperlonga was the perfect place for our honeymoon! And we'd recomend it to anyone who's looking for a relaxing vacation in beautifoul surroundings. This is a place for romance and a place to enjoy the simplicity of life. It's a quiet, charming little place, and at least in June, - you wont be bothered by many tourists. Most of the tourists there were Italian actually. I gladly recomend Sperlonga and Hotel Aurora to anyone who's looking for a pleasent, romantic and charming Italian vacation :) .

Everything was excellent! Aurora has the best location in Sperlonga. And Sperlonga is one of the most beautiful town I've ever seen. At the same time Aurora has very good services, clear and cozy room with see-view, good breakfast. I would recommend it to my best friends as the best choice to spend time in the coast near Rome.

We went there for 2 days and we discovered one of the nicest beach we've ever been! When we get there, we we're given a room with a view on .. the parking lot... But the lady at the reception was very nice and she changed our room for one with a terrace with view on the village. The rooms were clean and we had our places reserved on the beach. This was quite a little paradise! Beach is clean and sea is hot.

We are a young couple (mid 20s) and this was our first weekend together. We chose Hotel Aurora primarily because of its location and we were more than impressed by all the other aspects as well. The staff was very nice and welcoming, they could help us with local travel, finding a nice place to eat etc. We really liked the fact that Hotel Aurora tries to be environment conscious and they dont change your towels everyday, unless you ask them to. We would definetely like to return, because Sperlonga is a wonderful little town, and we fell in love with it. I can only recommend it to anyone! =)

Our first time in Italy was made even more special by a stay in The Aurora at the beginning and end of our holiday. The staff were very helpful - always on hand to help without being over the top. The hotel was spotless and rooms well equipped. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The Hotel Aurora was a wonderful experience, the staff are very friendly and helpful, its obviously a family run hotel as its very personal, clean and alot of attention to detail. it was a joy to sit in the breakfast room and look out on beautiful views of the sandy beach, green sea and rising sun and enjoy a fantastic cappacino while the buffet was constantly being restocked! we would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Report We stayed in early season – the hotel was all it promised – right on the beach – see view from our room. The staff were front desk staff were helpful – all sisters and we would like to thank Maria who arranged a driver for us to visit San Giovanni Rotonda. The small town is quiet – not much to see but a walk around the old town is wonderful. However lazy days on the beach – and then coffee in the hotel is great. We enjoyed out stay and will be back. A charming little town with a good beach. The hotel is staffed by the owners and it shows. Located within an easy walk to the old town. A great breakfast buffet. We stayed during the shoulder season and things were not crowded. We would stay here again.
