Lovely stay. The lady owner couldn't have been more welcoming or helpful, struggling up three flights of stairs with our heavy luggage before making us a cup of tea and some cake, which we enjoyed in the garden.She has a good command of English and was helpfulness itself throughout our four night stay. Try dinner at The Grand Hotel, Souillhac.

Exceptional value in a very clean and tidy hotel.Our room was basic but very clean and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The proprieter is friendly, welcoming and went to great lengths to please us -- and succeeded. I certainly would stay there again.

Proceed on the N20 national road or on the A20 motorway and take the exit n°55. At the entrance of Souillac, turn right, following the gare SNCF train station direction. The hotel du Puy d'Alon is at the end of the Jean Jaurès avenue.
