I booked x3 nights at the Panorama Palace hotel - I am from London and my concept of the area was that Meta was close to Sorrento. we arrived to find this hotel absolutelky remote with NO places to eat - except for a long long walk down to the beach - again not providing decent food. We asked if we could cancel x2 nites as we were prepared to pay for one night - but were CHARGED an extra night being told rather rudely that we should know where Meta was and where Sorrento was. we were most displeased and will never recommend this hotel. The food at the hotel was substandard.

A hotel with 5* view and less than 3* service.The elder portier unkindly and unhelpful, his first answer at any question: "it is not possible", confirmed beach shuttle during our stay (6 days) not offered,used furniture in the room,severe restaurant, poorish breakfast. A tipical one-night-stay hotel for large groups without expectations.
