Hotel Club - Sant'Agnello Sorrento

I meet nice people at Hotel Club...I suggest this hotel to people who want go to visit Sorrento and don't need special o wonderful accomadation, but they are insterested in places near there. I went with my girlfriend and we were satisfied about the weekend.

Purtroppo questo albergo non risponde alle aspettative per una vacanza in Penisola Sorrentina. Molto rumoroso. Potrebbe essere salvato con una radicale ristrutturazione e insonorizzazione.

The staff of the hotel is great. They make you fill at home.

Excellent choice if wanting to stay near Sorrento which is way over priced. Just 2 mins from Sorrento and easy access to trains for Pompei etc. Staff very friendly and welcoming and happy to give local info etc. Great having the pool although it is overlooked by the railway. That didn't bother us too much.

The room was lokated at the street-side: to much noice... the owners of the hotel were not that friendly

did not get any sleep for 4 nights - hotel next to train tracks; church bells which ring all night and across the street from a metal salvage person who loaded his truck at 2 a.m.

The Hotel Club was deceiving - for a start the website advertised they were located in Sorrento - but when we got there they were actually located in Sant' Agnello which is nearly a 1 hour walk to the main town centre of Sorrento. The photos of the room on the website were deceiving and the room was extremely tiny and not worth the money we paid for it. They tried to charge us an extra $10 euro per night to turn the airconditioning on when they told us that aircon was included in the price. They are also located right next to the main train line on one side and the main street into Sorrento on the other - very noisy and found it hard to get any sleep. They also tried to rip us off when we were checking out -claiming we owed them money for a dinner we had already paid for - poor customer service. We did not like our stay at Hotel Club at all and would not recommend this property to anyone - highly overated and overpriced for what you get.

Pagué 80 euros por una noche a finales de julio, un precio ajustado para la zona. Bien en general, a 20 minutos andando de Sorrento (un paseo un tanto desagradable por la contaminación de los coches). El trato en el hotel es exquisito, gente muy amable. La habitación está bien y sólo tenía un inconveniente: estaba cerac de un reloj-campanario que daba las horas, madrugadas incluidas.

This was a very poor excuse for a three star hotel...very disappointing. No TV or hair dryer in the room despite the claims on the website page I booked through. Air conditioning was noisy and ineffective. The bathroom was a joke...the sink was blocked, the bidet plug couldn't be removed and there was mould all around the edges of the shower cubicle. The floor of the room was filthy and we were given a twin room when we'd requested a double. The breakfast was very poor - the milk was off, bread rolls were hard and the only choice of jam was peach or cherry! On the plus side, it is very close to the Circumvesuviana train station so easy to get to Pompei and Herculaneum. However, this did mean we had trains travelling past our window every twenty minutes or so. To conclude...don't book this hotel unless everywhere else in the area is full!

disapointing stay, breakfast was served until 9:00 (!!!) didnt get a chance to taste it... rooms poorly decorated, cleanliness poor as well. I counted the days till check-out (we booked for 2 nights thank God) I wouldnt stay there again.Also parking prb.Staff was indifferent,when I asked them to clean the room at 2 in the afternoon and didnt, I complaint at the reception and they told me that they didnt understand my Italian (??!!!) Although I love Sorrento NO WAY i'm staying there again.

- Klimaanlage nur gegen Aufpreis 10,00 EUR/Tag - Feiern mit Klavier und "Gesang" bis 2:00 Uhr jederzeit erlaubt. - Frühstück ja, auch für italienische Verhältnisse unzureichend. Eine Sorte Marmalade ENDE. Käse oder Wurst sowieso nicht, aber auch keine Honig. Kein Vorlegbesteck für Brotkorb, Brot nicht wirklich frisch, besser Tee trinken (man weiss was man trinkt), Tischdecke bedingt sauber. - Bahnstrecke verläuft auf Höhe 1ter Stock Abstand ca. 10 Meter - Parkplatz für max 3 Fahrzeuge ausreichend. Hinter ein anderder!!!!! - Seitenstraße ja = eine der Hauptzufahrten zum Meer
