Hotel Capri - Sorrento

The hotel was good, good size double room. Very friendly reception staff, helped us with all our turistic queries. Hotel location was very good , 5 minutes walk to Tasso Square. We had the back room looking the swimming pool, very pleasant. Breakfast was ok, usual intercontinental breakfast. We would give 9 or 10 for this hotel if wasnt for the thin walls, we've slept very badly through out our stay due to our neighbour next door be snoring very loudly. Unlucky really! Tip: if coming by coach direct from Naples airport the last stop is Sorrento train station(2 minutes walk from hotel).

Very close to train stn and main piazza. Next door to large lemon grove (in the middle of the city) where Lemoncello of many varieties could be sampled-nice and fun. The morning breakfast waitstaf was a bit officious and unsmiling but efficient. Front desk was helpful and mostly friendly. Get ice at the store a block away (1 euro for a large bag) as the hotel charged 1 euro for a plastic cup. Many great restaurants in town fairly close. They turn-off A/C in October. Hotel Capri was very clean, nice rooms on the inside and very close to everything. We recommend and would return.

Spent 6 nights here and enjoyed the stay. Very quiet hotel - despite being ion the main road. Our room overlooked the road, but very little noise was evident. Air conditioning in room. The hotel did not seem very busy - small pool area, and the bar never seemed to be open! Staff were helpful, if a little brusque! Top marks for cleanliness and location.

The room was spacious and modern and clean. The pool area was very well kept up and was pretty with all the flowers around. However, the pool was only open from 9:00am till 6:00pm. The staff was not too helpful with questions and very strict on their rules, but the room was comfortable and the breakfast was good. I would recommend it and go there again.

I read all the reviews before i stayed at hotel capri and they were mixed but i have to say i enjoyed my stay at hotel capri, very close to main square and publi transport. staff were more than helpful my only dissappointment was the food breakfast wasnt the greatest but ok . very happy over all would recommend hotel capri.

I stayed at Hotel Capri for 4 nights and it was a fantastic stay. The hotel is close to the train station, the bus pickup and the ferries to Capri/Naples. The hotel is on the main street so you are close to many restaurants and shops. The price was well worth it and I would definitely stay at Hotel Capri in the future.
