Excellent Hotel. Only problem was that the terrace overlooking the Bay of Naples was not available for dinner on each of our three nights due to weddings. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Sorrento can be approached easy from the Hotel by walking. A suggested Restaurant is nearby 'Villa Rubinacci' tasty dishes payable.

The Europa Palace Grand Hotel is living on past glory and its position / view. The room I stayed in was so old fashioned, tired and run down. Not to mention the bedroom furniture. It was straight from the set of the Golden Girls. There are two buildings that make up the hotel so perhaps the other one was better but I felt that we were shunted off out the way so they could deal with bus loads of tourists that seem to be their stock in trade. The whole place smelled musty and was in serious need of a make over. Then there was the breakfast. By far the worst breakfast I have ever had the misfortune of trying to eat. All the bread and pastries were stale, the fruit from a tin and it was by far the worst cup of coffee ever served to me. We were there for 4 nights but after that first breakfast I didn't bother going back. Its a real shame because the position in town is great, as are the views and the pool area but it's just too tired. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

By car
From the A3 motorway, exit at Castellammare di Stabia and merge onto the S.S. 145 national road to Sorrento. Once in Sorrento, follow the indications to the town centre.

By airplane
From Naples Capodichino airport take the Curreri bus service, direction Sorrento-Penisola Sorrentina, and get off at the Sorrento/Piazza Tasso stop. The hotel is 10 minutes on foot from there.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than midday.

Parking is not included in the price and costs €25,00 per day per car.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of a cancellation 48 hours before the arrival, we will charge no penalty. If the guests cancel later, we will apply a one night penalty, as a charge on their credit card. In case of a "No-Show", we will apply a one night penalty charging the credit card of the guests.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
