For a cookery school it was a pity the menu offer was so limited. The food on offer was only average. The pool manager had a major problem with children non of the other guests did. The hotel held it's own functions and noise levels were very high till midnight and it was felt it was unfair for the kids to be told to curtail the noise during the day.

We booked a B&B, but when we arrived they told us that we had to pay for the Breakfast (8 Euros) - and the room costed 80 Euros/night. Umbelievable.

We were shocked when we saw our accomodations. It is listed as a 3star hotel, but the Sorrento tour books list it as a campground. The cabins were extremely small, no lamps, only a flourescent light in the ceiling. The room was clean, but it was only large enough for a bed. The sheets were clean, but the only blanket provided was old, ragged and looked dirty. Also, breakfast was not included in the price--it was E8 per person. The walk from the train station was quite long, especially dragging our suitcases. It took 15 minutes and is at least 1/2 mile. There were no restaurants in the area. We walked for a mile to find a place to eat dinner. This should not be considered to be a hotel. We would have gladly paid a little more money to stay in a nice room in a more convenient location. We did not think it was worth the E75 we paid each night.

This hotel would be impossible to find if you didn't have a car and even then it was difficult. It is a good 10 minute walk to the cliffs overlooking the Bay of Naples and much further to the water or to downtown, but if you have a car and nerves of steel you can find your way around Sorrento and have a great time. The cabins are air-conditioned and have small kitchens which are great for storing snacks and drinks. We enjoyed our visit once we learned our way around and the groves of citrus trees added to the ambience.

The bathrooms were in terrible condition. The shower stall in the cabin we had was too small and the condition of it was severly lacking. The shower stall was full of mildew and the shower walls were bubbling which probably meant the materials used in the shower were not the proper ones...probably wood laminate. The bathroom itself stunk like urine as I believe that the staff did not clean the toliet very well. There was ugly brownish scum at the bottom of the toliet. Which probably demonstrates the toliet was not cleaned with proper products and that a toliet brush wasn't used, inducing the smell of urine. The bathroom is just too small. I strongly believe that a comfortable clean bathroom makes or breaks the room. I was very disappointed with the quality and condition of the bathroom and the cleaning of it. It might be helpful if they renovate the bathrooms making them bigger and keeping them spotless. The cabin was also very humid. We would wake up and there were droplets on the ceiling, everywhere. This place was probably cheap for the area, however, I think a better job could have been done. We dreaded returning to the cabin as we were frankly disgusted with the place. Please note that we are humble people and know how to deal with all situations and make the best of it. Our cabin however, was the worst part of our trip to Italy and we survived several train strikes and delayed arrival times and the lack of courtesy of the Italians. If you can spare another 50 dollars, then stay somewhere else. There was no cancelation or refund of our money, else we would have found someplace else.

The bathroom was very dirty when we arrived and was never cleaned. The staff were unbelievably rude and refused to provide an iron and hairdryer. It was as if as soon as they got their money (which you have to pay on arrival) they didn't want to know. I would not recommend this to anyone.

We stayed 2 nights with our 2 young adult daughters, and enjoyed our quad room and its surroundings. The shower was excellent-good pressure! The beds were too soft, though. We enjoyed the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms; after reading other review comments, we had requested an upgraded room with AC, and expected 4 beds in one room. We got 2 separate bedrooms, one for us and one for our daughters, with a shared bathroom in between. Much more spacious and private than we had anticipated! The rooms were clean and quiet adn cost was as advertised. Our only hitch was finding the place, since our PC didn't print out the map shown on the website. But the nice people of Sant'Agnello directed us to the right place. We had no trouble walking from the train station, and found the train to be easier than the bus system to get into Sorrento. The front desk employees were efficient and pleasant. The pics on the website imply the property is right on the Bay, but views of the Bay were actually a short walk away. A great base from which to visit Pompeii and the Almalfi coast!

Staff not friendly at all. Near Sorrento - 20 min walk - bus 5 min and they are frequent. Rooms small. Ants in kitchen. Shower good. Pool nice but u pay 5 euro daily for the lounge chair. We needed proof that breakfast was included so hold on to your booking details. Small supermarket near by. For 94 euro a nite its overpriced but so is all accomodation in Italy. I would not stay there if you cannot get the air conditioning appartments as they get stuffy. We went on day trips and out at nite so it served its purpose. For children you could keep an eye on them as it is small. It depends on your needs - its is handy to have the facilities to make your own lunch and its a break from going out for two meals a day. Staff need some training on customer service !

The bungalows and chalets were aweful and small. The bugalow was old and just a little bit bigger than the queen-size bed. The chalet was also old, falling apart and had an ant farm in it. The only rooms worth booking are the superior bungalows. This village is nowhere near three stars. It is a 2** village.

This is a well positioned site for exploring the area. However the accomodation was not a bungalow as I had expected but a disguised very small old mobile home. The interior was dark and tatty, the bathroom had mouldy sealant everywhere and the shower tray only drained when the toilet was flushed! It was clean though and the bedding and towels crisp and fresh. The site was lovely, clean, well maintained with friendly and helpful staff. The pool was a delight. It was O.K. for a 2 night stay with our teenage boys but I wouldn't want to spend a week in here in one of these!

This was better than I expected for the price. We stayed in one of the wooden bungalos, with balcony, kitchenette, bathroom. This place had everything that you needed. Beautiful swimming pool opened from 9:30 to 6:30-7: have to wear bathing caps, they sell them for 2euro. (should open earlier though, would have been nice to go swimming first thing in the morning before leaving to see all the sights etc) stayed 4 nights and only able to swim twice. Over all this was an excellent place to stay for the price, short walk to the railway station, very clean and comfortable. Nice to be able to cook every now and again as eating out can be very expensive. We loved it and would definatly stay there again. Good job picking this property out from the thousands on the net Marcella!!

I found the public areas of the accommodation always clean and tidy, especially the pool area. I did experience ants in one of our bedrooms however, but other than that I would highly recommend the complex.

We were given 2 2-person chalets (a trailer type hut) rather than the 1 quad-person that we requested. We were told that there would be no extra chg. As we checked out however, they tried to charge us $120 Euros extra. We argued over the price and finally won in our favor. The staff was helpful. The A/C was a welcome relief. We did have ants in the room the first night, the beds were small, and one of the chalets did not have a good shower head and was missing the remote controls to everything. You get what you pay for here!

The accommodation was easy to find - the map was most helpful. I had received an email from the property confirming the reservation and the price. However, on arrival we had to pay an extra 50 euros for "cleaning for a stay of over 5 nights". This was not mentioned in the email and may have affected our choice of accommodation. Their email had also said the price included breakfast but on arrival we were told it was not included. They were well aware of the email but just said it was wrong - I feel they should have sent a correction in advance. Otherewise, the property is in a good location.
