Central Hotel - Sorrento

the hotel was nice, but the location no good, the pool was very small and one of the reception employee didn't do her job well. the price doesn't match to the reality

All staff was very professional but in the room there were ants and at the check out we were charged about a cola we have nerver drunk. Then, the address of the hotel as reported by venere.com was wrong in the civic number

This was our first time in Sorrento and the Central Hotel. We (family with two teenage children) had four lovely days and liked the hotel and town very much. Especially a very friendly staff and a very nice pool area. The nice fitness center was also appreciated a lot.

this is a fantastic hotel, the employees were so nice and friendly. The price is so reasonably priced and the location is perfect.The staff made sure that everything was perfect for us for our stay. Couldnt have asked for better.the room was so clean and perfect and very spacious.WE had dinner in the restaurant and the food was fantastic and very reasonably priced. The staff took great care and i would definitely return again.

Buona soluzione x mordi e fuggi...chiedete le camere sul retro, le stanze davanti danno sulla via principale di Sorrento ed è trafficata 24 ore su 24. Appena sufficiente la colazione ma la terrazza panoramica vale da sola il prezzo.

very bad service and unhelpful staff. parking is in hotel next door, which caused major problems on departure as the owner was looking for a lot of money, without previous notice from the hotel. Hotel did not care and we had to pay to be able to get out of the car park, no choice!! Hotel on main road into Sorrento and very noisy! Worst hotel we ever stayed in!

Un agradable estadia en sorrento lo pasamos muy bien con nuestros hijos muy linda ciudad con agradable gente un hotel comodo con buenas habitaciones.

Sorrento's "Central" is quite an expensive option for those who spend holidays in this part of Italy. Due to the massive travellers during august, prices are higher than they should be for the facilities that the hotel offered and the space of the rooms. I suggest to rent an apartment, definitely less expensive and newer everywhere at Sorrento if you travel with more than 2 people. Rota Suites is one of the greatest! Have fun.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful when we first arrived. The room was very clean and the pool nice. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk from the centre but that was better for us as it meant that it was quieter. They were also very flexible in that they gave us our room a day early. Would definitely stay there again.

I have no complains whatsoever. We had a very good time in this hotel. Nevertheless, if returning to Sorrento, I would look for another one, maybe cheaper or in a more quiet neighborhood. Sergio

We had a lovely time enjoying the amenities offered within the hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with staff always on hand and the evening meal provided quality against quantity. The swimming pool was the highlight. Set amongst orange and lemon trees; at times it felt we had our own private pool and staff. A great hotel.

Our rooms were at the backside of the hotel, so the noise level was low. If you stay on the front side -main street- it is very noisy.

The hotel and its staff were great. My only disappointment was that the hotel was on the very busy and noisy Corso Italia. Moreover, the hotel was too far from the center of town, Piazza Tasso and to get to the center of town, one had to walk on the busy Corso Italia for about 15 to 20 minutes, making it difficult to go back to the hotel during the day to rest, before going back to the center of town for the evening.

The hotel is not quite as "Central" as the name suggests, being a good ten to fifteen minute walk to the centre of town. It also on a very busy (and loud) street. We were disapointed to be offered a very small room on arrival (this was rectified after we complained) especially as the hotel was only half full. All in all, though, an excellent stay in a beautiful town.
