I stayed three nights.No negative comment.Staff is very helpful and all English speaking,breakfast is rich,rooms are clean and silent.The only question mark for my staying was that: the housekeeper did never put my bad and linens in order although the room was cleaned daily.

Nice hotel next to Vitosha Blvd., good ratio price/quality, staff available to help. Each time I am in Sofia for business or leisure i prefer to stay in this structure. I definitely recommend it.

The hotel itself was more than satisfactory - all the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was excellent (so was dinner on the one occasion when I had it at the hotel) and the room was bigger than I expected. My only caution is to establish very clearly with the hotel exactly what their final room charges will be, in writing, inclusive of any eventual 20% or whatever taxes, before you agree. When the bill came I got a surprise in this regard, but I think that might have been my own fault for not reading some small print or something somewhere.

A great location in a fairly quiet street behind the main shopping street and a short walk to the main historical sights. We drove from Bansko to Sofia and were a bit apprehensive about finding the hotel because of the one way systems. Seems we were justified about our concerns. However hotel staff were really helpful in directing us through the maze. The hotel was so clean and staff polite and helpful that we would fully recomend this hotel for a short break.
