just returned from 3 night stay in the gloria palace.our fisrt impression as we walked in the door was very positive. the cafe bar on the 4th floor was really beatiful, and the bar keeper... ruman.. was so nice and welcomin.. overall very satisfied

The hotel is in a great position, midway between the stations and the main squares. Our room was a junior suite - very spacious and well lit. Air con was good. We would have liked an in-room safe. At the time we were there, there was a lot of building work around the hotel which, although it didn't disturb us at night, was irritating in the morning and early evening.
