Yet another stay in Sofia and used by preference the Arte Hotel. Very happy with the location and the hotel - the 9th stay so it says it all. Only complaint - the offered breakfast is not worth the extra 10 Euro asked for. So I don't . Go elsewhere for this in town.

Very nice hotel, centrally located so easy to get to everything in town. The only problem we had was getting the heating/air conditioning to work, it was far too hot and we couldn't make it get colder so had to sleep with the windows open which meant, as the hotel is on a busy street, it was noisy. Other than that it was great.

I checked through all the big travel sites and Venere was 10% cheaper than the rest. In addition Arte Hotel is a quality Hotel and bang in the centre of Sofia. Great stay thanks

Very good location and handy for all things downtown. Rooms and halls very clean and well furnished. Would suggest that the deluxe rooms be booked - a few euros extra but well worth the extra sized rooms. Only downside is that the breakfast offered in the small restaurant is not worth 10 Euro. Have stayed 3 times and will book again.

Personel was very kind: when I had a problem with the cable connection they helped me to solve it. I had to make a transfer of my luggage to another hotel (4 stars)where I had already booked and the reception staff offered me to bring it with their car. Very friendly and professional.
