No towels provided for two days in a row, no action taken by the concierge. The gym is totally out of order and extremely dirty. The water in the pool is green and moldy. The breakfast is miserable and they start clearing the buffet 15 min before the last call. Attitude of the staff is poor. The room is small, without any facilities, dirty and noisy.

The Corner Restaurant is just adjacent to the hotel, providing guests with a wide selection of Mediterranean cuisine. Both à la carte and set menus are available, offering favourites such as as pasta dishes and pizzas.
Every Friday there is a Maltese Night, where you can listen to live folk music and taste a special sample of typical Maltese dishes.

Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
