Our room was a great bargain for the money. We appreciated a kitchen where we could do some of our own cooking. Having the Internet service for visitors located inside the bar was very inconventient as we could not access it until after 11 a.m. That is the only disappointing part of our stay at Hotel Sunway. I would definitely recommend it to any traveler.

It's unbelievable that a four star hotel has no bed, but a noisy, unconfortable, small sofa bed( for two)!!! Es increíble que en un hotel 4 estrellas la cama (para 2 personas)sea un sofá-cama ruidoso, incómodo y pequeño!

Sitges was recommended as a great place to stay and still be close to Barcelona. The atmosphere, views, shops and location were excellant. The Sunway Hotel is about as far from the city center you can be. A long walk along the beach walk way was a leisurely mode of getting to town during the day. A beach shuttle is available, however the hours of operation are minimal. Taxis are always available if too tired to walk. The hotel staff was terrific. Communication skills were good and they handled any problems immediately. The rooms were a bit noisy when people above moved chairs. We recommended to the hotel that they place felt pads on the bottom of the kitchen chairs. The hotel and restaurant staff wwere excellant, except for two male waiters (non permanent staff we found out later) They tended to be oblivious to the needs of their customers. Walking by without a glance or asking if anything was needed. The hotel as a full blown grocery store downstairs which was great for drinks, small lunches, picnic supplies and snacks. We would stay at this hotel on any return visit to Sitges.

Non e' forse il luogo piu' indicato per chi ama i piccoli confortevoli hotel del centro citta'. Si tratta di un grosso complesso un po' in disparte dal centro, in una location tranquilla e di facile accesso alle spiagge. Inutile pagare per il garage (si trova parcheggio facilmente e gratuitamente intorno all'hotel)

Very nice hotel, clean large spacious rooms with great views of the sea, very nice breakfast, nice swimming pool. A bit far from the centre of Sitges though, 10 - 15 minute walk.

We have been traveling throughout France, Italy, and Spain for 5 weeks and this is the BEST hotel we have stayed at so far. The room is unbelievably big -- it is really a small apartment. Two televisions, huge living room, kitchen, washer, and a gigantic bathroom. The view from our balcony was beautiful, overlooking the golf course and the sea. The amenities here were fantastic, from the choice of two pools to the excellent hotel restaurants to the helpfulness of the staff at reception. We loved this hotel so much we tried to extend our stay but they were fully booked. The only complaint we had was the shower which had very poor water pressure. Would recommend this hotel VERY highly. Oh - another plus - the minimarket downstairs which has everything you need, and the beach train which runs up and down the promenade taking you to town if you are not in the mood to walk (although the 30-minute walk is quite beautiful along the promenade).

The hotel far exceeded the expectations I had from the photos. The location was fantastic and the pool and public areas were particularly good. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and look forward to returning there at some point

Nice hotel, although on the beach, it was at the farthest end of the beaches. Also, my room had a fold-out couch rather than a bed. Very quiet hotel, nice balcony, sitges is great!

Great hotel. We had a studio apartment - overlooking the pool and at the beginning of November - so the balcony was constantly in the shade and rather cool. The studio had a sofa bed, which was OK, but there was space enough for a double bed AND a couple of easy chairs which I think would be better. Staff were efficient and helpful, the buffet breakfast was excellent!! I'd definitely go back there and would recommend it.

Excellent Studio Apartment with good modern decor. Room very well equipped. Hotel facilities excellent. Lovely location within easy walking distance of the main town.

As we came at to hotel , the hotel reception didn't find two rooms as I booked and I got confirmation... two people from our group had to go other hotel for staying first night! Hotel reception said that : " This isn't our fault , this is Venere's fault ". I think that wasn't very good customer service and good behive. But I think that rest of service was pretty good, not excellent. We were dinner at Hotel's restaurant (Punta Golf..) and trying to pay Visa Electron. Waiter in restaurant said that they cannot get connection with this credit card. So we paid in cash (150 Eur). In next day we were shopping and one of our group didn't get money from Visa Electron. We called our bank and they found that we were charged two times 150 EUR at the hotel's restaurant. Plus we paid 150 by cash. OK, restaurant promised handle that situation so that we will get money to our account back....

would have been nice to know that all we were going to have was a pull out bed. Would not have stayed there if I had known or would have upgraded. The 10 am check out also was a pain.
