unacceptable welcome... unacceptable check out with mistakes on the bill (telefon fees....) and with discussions to justify that i did n t use the phone... employees not skilled at all...

The location is one of the best selling points: right on the beach front & with a pleasant outdoor terrace. The rooms were were clean and fairly spacious. We had a small balcony but no view. Service was mixed: no British plug adaptors, vague about the bus/taxi services to the airport, and not too attentive bar service when trying to clear the restaurant. Also they rudely removed the tablecloth from our table when we were still having drinks (& it's not as though we were the last people there, or there was nothing left to clear). There is no shower facility once you've checked out, and luggage storage is at your own risk. The most irritating factor by far was that the shower pressure in the room kept changing and going hot & cold. It was a shame because the bathroom was high spec & well maintained. Also, the breakfast wasn't startling (pastries dry, no hot food). However, apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay! The rooms seemed very clean, there was efficient air condidioning, most of the time the staff were friendly & fairly helpful (particularly when at one point my credit card was declined, the lady was exceptionally professional). Also, the breakfast is served until 11am, a plus if you've had a late night. The 'solarium' area has a lovely view out on the seafront & remains quiet all day, though the pool is really too small for a 4* hotel. The lounge area in reception is pleasant and relaxing. The restaurant is spacious & although we didn't eat there, the seafood looked impressive. I'd stay there again for convenience, cleanliness and reasonable service. Beware: it's far more than 5 minutes walk to the train station, especially with cases! Recommend take a taxi.
