A very pleasant 4 day stay in October. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.Room was very nice with balcony and lake view.Breakfast adequate- plenty to eat but choice limited. Good restaurants close by. About a mile from Sirmione so possible to walk(flat and along Lake shore)or take bus or use bikes provided by the hotel; best of all, on Sunday, take water taxi, from quay opposite hotel, for 5 euro return. No pool, might be an issue if staying longer and in hotter weather. But, all in all, an excellent little hotel.

The hotel was excellent and we were looked after very well. The only down side was that it was really too far to walk into Sirmione which meant going by car and paying very expensive car parking charges. Loved the hotel and service but would have liked to have been in the centre.

Hotel was just off of main road so you needed to see the sign to make correct turn. Parking was available. Reception was wonderful. Great panoramic view from our room balcony. Lido was just one block away. Good filling breakfast provided in the morning. Our favorite place to stay at a reasonable price.

We stayed at Villa Rosa Hotel for 4 nights this may. We enjoyed this place very much. Most of all we would like to mention a welcoming of the owners of the hotel. They were always there to provide us any help we needed and to answer any question we had. The service we got was excellent, and without any doubt, Villa Rosa will be the place we'll stay at in our next visit to Sirmione

My wife and I were visiting Sirmione for the first time and would definitely return. It's a beautiful lake and the hotel had a view of it. The hotel had a nice location within walking distance of everything we needed - we didn't have a car. We had an enjoyable time and the hotel owners were very nice & helpful.

Even though we only stayed here one night, we rate this hotel very highly. This was mostly due to the host Patricia who welcomed us warmly and provided us with excellent information and maps on what to see and do in the area. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent

Villa Rosa is a wonderful small hotel, not too far from the historic center of Sirmione. The stuff is really friendly, helpful and welcoming. We were on our honeymoon and got a great room with a view on the lake. We also got a present before leaving which was a very kind gesture. The breakfast was good and the homebaked bread was wonderful. The only thing that bothered us that it was until 9:30 while there were days when we wanted to sleep more. But it didn't really spoil anything, just gave us a push to wake up earlier and have a full day ahead of us. If we ever come back to Sirmione we would defenitely stay there again.

Villa Rosa is a small family run hotel in waking distance (25 min.) from the historical center of Sirmione. The staff is very kind, helpful and welcoming. The rooms are modern and very clean, the breakfast is excellent. We really recommend this hotel for a short stay in the south of Garda Lake and we will come back.

Exceeded expectations, staff (family-run establishment - mum, dad in the background + 2 sisters who are main point of contact)) were sincere, very knowledgeable and efficient and very friendly and helpful also multi-lingual). Constantly went out their way to help you, or provide you with information, or where to get the information/items you needed. Rooms very clean (we also had view of water), daily breakfast very fresh and very good. Hotel in great location, up side street from main road (which is not very busy)- 5min walk to bus stops, cross road to beach + restaurants. Free bikes from hotel can cycle down to castle(5/10min), to more 'touristy' area or opposite direction to more 'towny' part. Would definetly stay in this hotel again without hesitation, wish it was sooner rather than later.

The Staff had been one of the greatest we´d ever had!A very personel welcoming (at arrival they know our names...).They had been very helpful with the sorroundings (tips for the best way to Verona, where to get bus tickets...).Every mornimg fresh cappuccino, little nice breakfast - but for a start in a day it was ok. Don´t go to the osteria across the street-for the price the quality and the service was not what we expectet.

We spent 6 nights at Hotel Villa Rosa. This is a small, family run hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent and the family were very kind, helpful and welcoming. A fridge in the room would have been useful but this is a very minor criticism.

Welcoming staff is proud of their area and will show you many things to do in the region. Lovely old town of Sirmione was more than worth the full day we had to spend there. Probably our favorite small town on this visit. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Casa Rosa was a very good surprise in such a touristic area, even in rainy weather. The family holding the hotel has been very welcoming and dinner in a close restaurant they advised us, excellent. We stayed only one night and regretted not to stay longer. We really recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Rosa very recently and found everything far beyond our expectations. This family run hotel is excellent in every respect and we would certainly return there again. The family are very helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The nearby trattoria Al Porticciolo was particularly good.

An excellent family run hotel. everyone is incredibly helpful from the free bike hire (on decent bikes) to them obtaining a travel adaptor for me. buffet breakfast was good. draw backs: No swimming pool, and rooms at front overlooking main road slighlty noisy at night. But as there is an AC, windows can be closed. overall: a very nice clean hotel. We would recommend it.

The competence of employees and the quality of services provided, higher than the class of the hotel. The hotel offers private parking and a nice continental breakfast. In the neighbourhood there are a lot of restaurants and fast food.

Villa rosa was great valu and very well run,the only thing i would comment for other people would be the distance from old town,we got a bus down in evening but coming back ther was no buses,we waited for taxi and rang taxi no.but none came, its a 30min walk back, the other comment would be,that you have to be back in hotel b4 1.30am,because they lock up,however we had a very pleasant stay here and room was great,

Breakfast was fine, sufficient and what we expected. The double room with balcony and view was more than could be expected for the price. Free parking was a bonus. We had real value for money in an excellently run family hotel.

This was our first visit to Sirmione and Lake Garda. What a fabulous part of the world. The hotel Villa Rosa was spotless and in very good order. It is in a great location just a across the road from the lakeside. The staff at the Villa Rosa were absolutely brilliant. All the family were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They really did put themselves out to ensure we had a fantastic time. It was like staying with old friends and my wife Eileen and myself would like to thank them for looking after us and making our stay at the Villa Rosa something we will not forget.

A small family run hotel .5 miles from Sirmione.Free bicycles to get to the entry gates of the town with a lock to leave them at no charge. Fun and convienient. Extremely friendly, considerate and helpful family who do everything to make your stay outstanding. Our room and bathroom were spotless, confortable and quiet. Breakfast- very good buffet. The Portechello restaurant across the street recommended by the hotel was terrific, and the Michelin recommended restaurant, Antica, 50 yards away was outstanding. Summary: outstanding at a bargain price for this area.We would happily return.

Good location close to the beach and 15 minutes walk from the old town of Sirmione. Sirmione is a beautiful castle town perfectly located in the south end of Garda but restaurants and shops are not very interesting. Being in the south end has however the benefit that you drive to Milan or Venize in 1.5 hours. The Hotel is newly renovated and very nice. The family who runs the hotel is very friendly and helpful with guidance. Tip: Ask for information about Canyoning. The area has some fantastic canyons with natural water slides and high jumps.
