The hotel corresponds very good to the description. Overall there are two big advantages: 1. The beautiful pool area , which is very clean and convenient. 2. The place of the hotel is very good for trips to a lot of different places (gardasee, Verona). There is only one disadvantage, the importance of which depends on your personal feeling: The hotel is placed at the edge of a main road, some rooms might be quite noisy (ours was not). Overall, I would clearly recommend it, espacially for people, who don`t want to relax all the day in the hotel but see the region. For children only one Rutsche, but some green places.

The rooms away from streets are very quiet apart from the usual corridor noise (uncontrollable by hotel). We were pleasantly surprised by this budget hotel and would stay there again.

Hotel Riel is a very nice and clean hotel. My partner and I were very satisfied with our choice! the breakfast was very good too. we once had dinner (pizza) at the hotel's pizzeria - i would also recommend that! - Very delicious and the wine was also good!

How to reach Hotel Riel

By car
Coming from the A4 motorway, take exit Sirmione and follow the indications for Sirmione. Turn into via Pratopino after around 1.5 km. After another 800 metres, turn left into via San Martino and follow the indications for Lugana. The hotel lies on the left hand side after 3 km.

By train
Desenzano and Peschiera train stations are about 8 km from the hotel and connected to the area by bus.

By airplane
Verona airport is 25 km from the hotel.
Brescia airport is 30 km away.
There are buses for Sirmione from both airports.

The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at any time after 11.30 a.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than 10.30 a.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- 30% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 30th and the 15th day before arrival; - 50% of the price of the stay, for cancellations between the 14th and the 4th day before arrival; - 100% of the price of the stay, for cancellations made in the 3 days before arrival, with a minimum of 1 night’s stay. Any deposit already paid will constitute partial or total payment of the aforesaid penalties.
