We stayed in the hotel for a week and we were fascinated with it! The only remark is about the bathroom - it is too small and if you like to take a quick shower (without washing your hair) it is not possible. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was excelent.

First of all, the location was incredible since it was at the heart of sirmione very close to Maria Callas's house and in front of the Spa resort. We could see the gorgeous lake view from the big balcony so although the room was not so big, we enjoyed the whole atmosphere. Plus, it was in the middle of Sirmione but very quiet and calm. The breakfast was great, the reception service was wonderful and very helpful too.

This is a fantastic hotel and is in a perfect location. We had a lovely room air con, sky TV, large balcony with views of the lake. Buffet breakfast was very good (check out the orange juice machine!) Staff are really friendly too. I would definitely stay there again. If you fancy a swim in the lake, there is a public lido a short walk from the hotel (head north from hotel and follow the signs)If you have stumbled on this hotel, and want comfort at a good price, look no further..just book it!

I stayed here with my wife last week and thoroughly enjoyed it. We found the owner and all the staff extremely courteous and efficient. The breakfast was excellent, room was very nice and spotlessly clean, Its in a quiet part of Sirmione. I would whole-heartedly recommend it.

This was the best value we had during our 3-week trip. We loved the Hotel Luna and it's staff. Our only objection is the breakfast buffet was poorly set-up and too crowded. Only a couple of people at a time could access food and drink, and the coffee machine broke down frequently.

This is the best hotel during our 2 weeks stay in Italy. The rooms are spacious, clean, well decorated and sitated in a very quiet location. Breakfast was also execellent. We spent quite a long time each day at the balcony watching people passing by, that was very wonderful. We would surely recommend our friends to stay at LUNA if they plan to visit Sirmione.

We stayed at Hotel Luna from 9th October to 15th October. The hotel was excellent, clean, good service, excellent location just across from the entrance to the Sirmione Terme. Breakfast selection was good, ham, cheese, fresh fruit, cereal, bread toast, croissants and pastries. There was a bit of ambient noise in the early mornings but not too bad. Good choice of local restaurants on Sirmione. My wife was upset by the manageress while she explored some of the public areas of the hotel on arrival and was ushered out of one room. An apology would have have been nice but wasn't given

The hotel is excellent value, close to the centre of the old town but is in a quiet location near the spa. Most importantly the hotel has parking right out front and the owners cannot do enough for you, although it does help if you can speak some Italian. Breakfast is excellent. The hotel also has been recently renovated and has the best bathrooms we have found in Italy.

Excellent location, lovely friendly staff & although we couldn't speak any Italian & communication was sometimes not that clear we were understood, made extremely welcome & know that they tried very hard to please us at all times. The self serve Breakfasts - there were too many nice things, tried hard every day but just couldn't eat it all. This location would be very hard to beat, right in the heart of the Old Town, balcony overlooked the lake, warm & friendly people, felt very save at all times & hotel was great value. We think Sirmione was probably the best location to stay in for ease of access to other lake towns and very easy travel to/from Verona Town & Airport by local bus.

The hotel is inside the town walls and requires a reservation to bring in a car. Many good restaurants close to the hotel. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Air conditioning in a 3 star hotel was a major plus as we were there during a major heat wave.

Glorious public rooms to relax in if the weather was poor.Especially appreciated the 24hour drinks machine for cold water or drinks, using room key to charge to room - and prices were no more than if brought in tepid from outside-had to point out to receptionist I had not been charged for my drinks!Had lovely balcony to enjoy the late evening sun.

Excellent location in Sirmione. Our room was on 3rd. floor with beautiful terrace overlooking the lake. The shower is too small even for normal size adults

We just loved the room and the big balcony on the corner of the house. As the ajoining room was unused, our impression is probably a bit coloured by that we had it to ourselves! But we really enjoyed our stay, and would love to come back (to the same room)!

I love this hotel. We stayed here last year and returned again this year. It is very good value for money and in an excellent location. The owner and all staff are very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless and the decor is modern and bright. The owner exceeded my expectations this year when he was unable to provide the type of room I requested and offered a better alternative. Thank you!

A lovely ,friendly hotel. Excellent position for sightseeing the area and very close to the ferries, cafes and shops. The owners organised transfers to and from Brescia airport...bit pricey at 25 euros per person each way but worth it for the hassle free journey.Would definately go back. Loved Sirmione.

We were very impressed and satisfied with the service provided. The hotel location was ideal just at the end of the main street but away from any busy areas. There is no other hotels or properties overlooking the rooms and the view out over lake garda is very good. The breakfast was more than we expected for a continental. The layout of the facilities around reception area is very good, with a general area to relax and a tv room to the side. Overall the best thing about this stay was the staff. If and when i return to Lake Garda i will stay at this property again.

We felt very velcome from the start, and a very open and friendly communication with host and hostess as well as the employees, although it was small difficulties with the languages. But that was just nice, a good opportunity to practice our "poco italiano". The location was exellent, quiet, in one end of the wonderful town.

Visited in October 2009, ie out of tourist peak season. Very welcoming reception and attention to guests. Good breakfast in pleasant room. Good location in Sirmione (at the end of the old town, near the therm adn at a walking distance from the "Grotte di Catullo"). Excellent price/quality ratio for location and service offered.

It was our first time to Sirmione and it was great! Hotel was nice, cozy, located in center of the old town. It was quite an adventure finding it because it is in the pedestrian zone of the old town but in the end it was well paid off with the magnificent view from our terrace (which was HUGE!). Although staff don't speak english well (as someone mentioned before), they are trying and with a little effort from both sides you can comunicate well enough. All in all this hotel is great value for your money, view over Lake Garda is stuning, location is special, your car is safely parked infront of hotel, bus conections with other cities are good (perfect to visit Verona)... No complaints!

A fantastic family-run hotel with the most friendly service in a beautiful location with the vew of the lake. Breakfast was delicious - with freshly squeezed ornge juice and fabulous coffee. Central location but away from the main hassle - so quite peaceful. The owners are a fantastic couple who will go out of their way to make your stay pleasurable. It was just PERFECT!

Very kind welcome (a bit easier if you speak Italian, though). Room very comfortable, with lovely balcony, closet space, clean and well-equipped bathroom. Fresh-squeezed orange juice for breakfast! (As well as the usual bread, croissants, yoghurt, cereal, fresh fruit, cappuccino or other coffee made to order.) All in all, a most comfortable and relaxing stay.
