Great location, out of the very busy centre of Sirmione. Old town takes about half an hour's walk, or 10 minutes on the (free rental) hotel bikes. The area of the hotel has several restaurants (nice food, slightly chilly service!!). The bike ride recommened by the hotel is great (take ferry to other side of lake, cycle down mainly off road and flat route, get another ferry home). We upgraded to room with lake view and balcony (room 10). Smallish but very nice. Bathroom is very compact but an incredible use of the space. Shower great, very strong and the toilet has a very ingeneous addition! I'd very much recommend this hotel - staff are great, and breakfast perfect.

Very nice hotel! Clear and wonderful rooms! Very comfortable to visit Sirmione's centre by feet or by bike. Staff friendly and super available! I will return as soon as possible!

To stay elsewhere in Sirmione would be a traveler's mistake. Christina & Sergio are the warmest, most friendly and accommodating hosts we've ever encountered. Their hotel is as beautiful as the immediate surroundings.There was no better way to start and end the day than to view the lake from our balcony. Every guest's needs are given immediate attention and the breakfasts were by far the best of our vacation.

My wife and i were overjoyed when we saw the location of the belvedere overlooking lake garda our hosts were extremely helpful and kind and gave us a wonderful room with balcony and beautiful views.The breakfasts were filling and ample with a wonderful selection of food available,and at the end of the day a beautiful garden area to enjoy the view,and to partake in a brandy or two! I would recommend the Belvedere and would like to thank our hosts once again,especially for the Torte.
