Location was excellent for a short stay. Close to Old Town without getting into congestion of Old Town entry and foot traffic. Typical breakfast of cold cuts, breads, cereals, fruit, and pastries. Clean room, quad, was one large with bunk beds for kids, a bit small for our young teens, but did fit. If staying for 3-4 nights, would need two rooms or larger room for family with older kids. Rooftop pool was welcomed on hot even ing, clean, had ample lounge chairs.

The 4-star rating is too high. Maximum rating is 3. The pool area is not cosy, there is no environment (green plants, trees). The breakfast room is not airconditioned. The breakfast buffet is quite standard. The coffee is awful. The reception is messy. The rooms are large og clean.

Hotel is ideally located about 5 minutes walk from old town (but turn right not left out of the hotel as not much to eat or drink in the opposite direction as we found on our first night!). Hotel generally good for 4* Italy although breakfast was only ok. Sirmione is a lovely town lots of good restaurants and pizzerias & easy to get around the lake with frequent ferry services.

The relationship between price/quality, if compared with the europe and international standard, is low wherease if compared with other italian hotels is good. The variety of breakfast courses could be improved.

Balcony was above the garbage area. Lakeview was infact a view of a busy bus terminal consequently noise was horrendous.Mini Bar contained only soft drinks. Squashed moskitoes on walls and curtians. underground parking was parking area was badly lit and felt unsafe. I have stayed in better 3 star accomodation. Not a nice hotel. Location was however good to the old town.

We had a lovely time. Hotel is in an ideal situation for the main area of Sormione. I felt the picture of the room in the brochure didn't appeal to me yet when i saw the room it was very clean and fresh

I felt that this hotel had the facilities and feel of a 3* hotel but with larger rooms. Therefore, I felt that the hotel was expensive for what was provided. In addition, I found Sirmione to be disappointing - not a patch on several of the other towns around Lake Garda.

Excellent location for access to Sirmione. The Pool area was a liitle disappointing - not much shade and only very basic facilities. I would definitely stay here again though.

In fact, the "lakeview" was a view to a restaurant ruine and a large parking lot for buses and cars. Traffic was going all night, buses were parking with runing engines in front of the room.Cleanliness of public areas poor, esspecially elevator to garage.

How this hotel has achieved a 4-star rating remains a mistery to me. Maybe when it is used as a convention center. There are quite a number of better 3-star hotels inside the castle area for half the price of this place. For the price I paid, I expect a richer breakfast, friendlier staff, free parking, ...

Location is excellent, next to the Sirmione Castle. You can see the lake from your room, but you are not in front of the lake. A quadruple room was possible, a great new for family groups. A small swimming pool is in the upper floor, surrounded by a solarium area. The quality of the breakfast is the main defect of the hotel (no fresh juices, eggs and fresh bakery is offered). It would be improved.
