Hotel Abuscus was our first stop when arriving to Italy. After a very long difficult delayed flight with a toddler, it was an amazing feeling to be greeted with such warmth by Laura. We were even allowed to check in a couple hours early. I I would like to let the management know that the staff is outstanding and out of all the hotels we stayed in the staff was top from all other staff at all other hotels. Thank you Laura and Julia for making us feel welcome and warm. Without Julia we would have had a very difficult trip traveling to our next hotel in Lido di Venice which she helped us arrange a ferry to take our car to. Also again thank you Laura for reserving us dinner at medieval nights. We had a great time. Your hospitality made our trip in Sirmione a very memorable one. We will never forget you.

The hotel has a very low relationship quality-price. Rooms are too small and quite odd, parking doesn't fit hotel's capacity and staff don't provide enough information about sorrounding. Only breakfast is satisfactory.
