CANCELLATION POLICY
Required authorisation to charge a 30% deposit on credit card 20 days before arrival for stay of 3 nights or more. Should a cancellation arrive at a shorter notice (less than 20 days prior to arrival), the 30% deposit charged would be held as penalty for stay of 3 or more nights; one night rate is charged on the credit card provided for stay of 1 or 2 nights. In case of no show, early departure or change of dates the stay as originally booked needs to be paid in full.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 20 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
