WE had a room an the third floor facing the lake,other rooms facing the parking lot.No elevator,no help with the lugage ,no bug screen ,the A.C. did not work.Loud noise from an openair restaurant in front of our balcony ,continued til 2 am.We checked out after two nights, AMEX not accepted,we had to scramble for funds from friends.

A lovely hotel with wonderful lake views, well away from the noisy part of Siofok. The hotel facilities are excellent, and the spa is beautifully appointed. There are beaches and restaurants in easy walking distance.

No management people still in jacuzzi at 2.30 am laughing verry loud no elevator , suites on 2nd floor at arrival they give room number and floor and that's it, go and find yourself breakfeast not readdy at 8 am and when coffee can empety nobody refill have to go and ask for more in the bar
