This property was very difficult to find and I had an Italian GPS! The front of the hotel was on another street altogether. The rooms were average but my door was too tall for the space and got stuck every time I opened it. If you didn't know it was going to stick...it would smack you in the head! Also the air conditioning had to be adjusted at the front desk!? It took many hours for the room to cool. The parking was minimal. We had to park in the parking lot across the street at another business's lot. The front desk clerk was excellent and he did everything he could to help us. Breakfast was adequate. Overall our stay was slightly less than average.

first of all you should have a car. if you just need to sleep in siena and if you have a budget then it is ok. if I go to Siena again I would try to find a newer hotel, if I couldn't find I would stay (just for sleep) there again.

My fiancee and I stayed in a double room,which was nice and clean. It was a great price and you have to bear in mind that it is NOT walking distance to downtown Sienna. Be ready to take a bus which is right across the street from the hotel and be SURE to know the times it will run back to the hotel and where the station is... everything looks alike overthere! the first night we ended up taking a cab back to the hotel which cost us 20 euros Vs spending a little bit more time finding the bus routes. Keep in mind we also took a cab up to the hotel that morning which cost us roughly 20 euros as well. First and foremost before you get there, email the staff as ask them for the bus # that runs to the hotel from the station (thats what i suggest). The hotel itself is very nice and quiet, beds are comfortable and the lodging wasnt expensive at all.

Nice establishment, in a new area under development on the entrance road from Rome. A little far from city center (about 2.5 km). Most adequate for travelers with car. Ample parking at the hotel and nearby site. The hotel is a new hotel recently built (about 3 years old), rooms are large and reasonably furnished. Breakfast provided is Italian-continental in ample quantities. Personnel is polite and helpfull. The hotel also has an on site restaurant, providing lunch and dinner. Attention should be paid for the servicing hours (12.00-14.30 lunch and 19.00-21.30 dinner). This approach (with little variations) is true for most restaurants in Tuscany - outside these periods the most you can get is a cold sandwich. The address is a newly allocated address not recognized by GPS devices (old address should be also added to the site).

most GPS do'nt have the adress on their maps (it's a new street) and without a GPS it's very hard to find! The surrounding and the exits on the highway are very confusing.

Too much noise in bedrooms, and the bed was not very much comfortable. As a customer, I think that internet connection must be included in the price, as well much others hotels do.

Outstanding breakfast. Out of ttown location is no trouble if you have a good understanding of the bus schedule. Have someone explain it to you if you don't know Italian.

The Due Ponti is not a big hotel, it is completely outside Sienne. We didn't take the car and that was a big mistake. Buses stop at 8 p.m. So we had problems to return to the hotel. The hotel doesn't offer any other services except internet, there's no gym, no swimming-pool and it is not in the center of the city. We didn't really enjoy it. The positive thing is that the receptionist was very nice and professional. It is in general a normal hotel for one night or two, not more.

The hotel was a good distance from downtown Sienna. This was perfect for us because we had a rental car. The price was very reasonable and the rooms were clean although the beds were not very comfortable. Breakfast was fine and service was adequate for the price. The ventilation carried the smell of smoke from other rooms. Didn't see or use the pool. Would stay here again.

This hotel is great if you are just "passing by" however it is not very close to the center of Siena, at all. There is a bus service that comes every 45 min. or so, however it stops at 7pm... with a car, this hotel is placed for easy access in and out of Siena. Great quality for $$$.

hotel très très bruyant et surtout mal insonorisée (2 nuits presque blanche !). un 3 étoile italien construit à la va vite sans respecter les normes d'isolation phonique.

Mi sono trovato benissimo! L'albergo è molto pulito,infatti le camere vengono riodinate tutti i giorni. E molto semplice raggiungere il centro dato che l'autobus ferma proprio davanti ed è anche molto facile raggiungere i paesi vicini dato che si trova nei pressi della tangenziale.

We were a bit worried about finding the hotel but luckily Due Ponti is signposted from the A1 connection. So is the Zona Industrial in which the hotel is sited. So, while it is perfectly okay, it is in a (quiet) industrial estate. Being not very busy, the receptionists spent most of the time on the telephone to friends. Recommend visitors have their own car.

The swimming pool was green and we could not use it. It looked ugly. It was a hard day and we looked forward to a wet refreshment but we weren't lucky.

Good quality in general, especially for cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, poor breakfast both for variety of choice (no yogurth, poor cheese, no cold milk for cornflakes) and scant help by the personnel

Hôtel fonctionnel, qui n'apporte aucune originalité mais à bon rapport qualité/prix. Un peu à l'écart de Siene, mais la ville est en fait facilement accessible. L'accès à la piscine "gonflable" est à revoir. A ce prix, c'est pas mal pour une nuit !!!
