I stayed 3 days. Quibbling behavior of the reception staff, lack of flexibility, full payment required on arrival,... No good for relationship with customers

Very nice facilities, but poor management. Staff in the restaurant stoole my change. !!! Pool is very cold. weird salesman was bothering me at the pool. Can't bring any drinks or food inside, not even a mcdonalds burger at 4am.
