Their internet sight is flagged with incorrect pictures of their rooms. We ordered a standard room which they gavwe us but their internet sight showed views. We had a brick wall. False advertising on their part for their Hotel and the rooms. They should have all the rooms loaded on their sight. The Manager did upgrad our room to a superier room however, no view either. I was most disappointed at not having views of Shanghai. If I hadn't seen their Internet sight it wouldn't have been as bad but unfortunately I had. Not only that there are two flight of stairs to ascend to the Reception and bellbloys only on the Receprion level. Good location but that's all I can give good comment to. Regards Sharron

This hotel is good location for access where is near downtown and Metro. I like its. But service to costomer from hetel are not enough, for exsample, drinking water for bottle is not free - another hotels are free for two per day-,also I think that conection fee of internet is too expensive when compair wiht another hotel.

Breakfast buffet is yummy although the staff in the breakfast room is a bit unfriendly (bring away the food before official end of breakfast time)

Hotel very conveniently placed - able to walk everywhere. Basic double room we booked was a bit small & no view, but a change to a slightly more expensive room with a view over Peoples Square was money well spent. Would be better if Concierge understood & spoke a little more English.
