The map o location is absolutely wrong, please remake it. It get confused even the local taxi drivers. The reception of hotel is at 8th. floor, someone should have told that. Room: absolutely enough, quite good.

Good hotel but bad service. Hotel restaurant close at 22.00 but at 21.30 they told us that the kitchen was close. Lounge open until 23.00 but they do not sell any type of food...!!! I asked them if it was possible to ask for food to room service and have it at the lounge because we wanted to have a couple of beers but they said no. So finally we had to use room service. After half an hour our meals arrived but also a person that wanted me to pay cash!!! On sunday morning I try to change money and they told me that on sundays they don´t change !!! Nice hotel but the staff with a lot of opportunities. They are not interested in service. I paid for a deluxe room. This room didn´t have air conditioned working and 2 of mine 4 nights we didn´t have english channels on TV. The hotel allows smokers every where, it was terrible. Having breakfast some people were next to us smoking at 09.00 hrs !!!
