we had to change the dates for our visit to Seville at the last minute. it was Semana Santa (Easter Week) and there were few reasonably priced hotel choices available at that point. we stayed at this hotel for 1 night until we could move to our next hotel. In retrospect, that was probably a bad decision for the reasons below: 1. cleanliness: the room itself was clean, but the bathroom began to smell over the course of the day/evening. the smell got progressively worse overnight. by morning, we didn't even shower in the room. we just wanted to get out. 2. location: the hotel was far from the center of the city (approx. a 25 min bus ride), which was not all that clear on the map or the hotel's description. fortunately, there was a bus that went into the city that seemed to run fairly frequently. the bus drop off was a 10-15 minute walk to the old city center. 3. hidden costs: we flew in to Seville and it cost 24E to take a taxi from the airport to the hotel, even though it was less than a 10 minute cab ride. There was no bus service to that location. Next time, I'd opt for a more expensive hotel in the city center.

It was my first time staying in this hotel, you can go by bus to downtown 20 mint in bus. there is a mall near the hotel where you have all choices of food also in the hotel you got good food.

The people in the restaurant where very curt and uninterested in servicing the paying customer. Upon check in, I was looked at as more of a bother than a welcomed guest. The check out was by far much better as the people at the front desk were very nice. The room was large and the bed comfortable. Aside from leaving a dirty towel in the bathroom and the rotting bathroom door the room was exceptable for the price.

The area is residential and very practical for access to the motorways and the airport but not near the centre for visiting. The rooms are clean and pleasant and there is a good choice of restauration with either self service, bar food or a restaurant. The hotel is used by large groups of tourists that while I was there all chatted noisily in the lift areas next to my room which was the only negative side.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the hotel. It's essentially a hotel for business people, not really a tourist hotel, but we found it to be quiet, clean and the reception staff to be very helpful. I would stay again, especially at Venere's price. It is a fair distance from the sights of Seville, but the No 27 bus stop is nearby (3-4 minute walk), and that takes you to the Plaza Encarnation, which is a good stop for access to La Arenal in the city centre.

The photographs at the web do not correspond with the quality of the rooms. The rooms are badly maintained, and the furniture are dirty and worn out. This hotel does not correspond with what I am used to while ordering Hotels recommended via Via Michelin or Guide Michelin. I am very disappointed. I hope this hotel are removed from Via Michelins website. If the quality of the promotion of this hotel, and the qualty assurance of what is offered, is representative for the quality level at Venere.com, I will recommend all travellers to find another hotel provider! If you are visiting Sevilla find a hotel in the center of the city. This hotel does not require what leisure travellers are looking for!

A fine and confortable hotel, with some room on way-side (and it means noisy). Big rooms, poor parking, Internet not for free. The hotel is in a business area of Seville so .... the best in the surrouding is a mall.

I stayed in the hotel only three nights: it is good if you go in Sevilla by car because it's near the airport and the centre of the city is a 15/20 min., even if I prefered going by bus. I have not taken breakfast. the swimming pool is nice and a little garden is relaxing.

This hotel is not within walking distance of Sevilla. However, it is a great hotel if you are willing to take the bus into the city. The bus ride to a main plaza is about 25 minutes. Hotel was very clean, spacious, and had a great deal of amenities.

Location on map bears absolutely no relation to actual location of hotel, well out of town not just behind Santa Justa renfe station as shown. Due to this would not use venere to book a hotel again even if they were the last agency on earth. Hotel fine, just too far out of town. Surroundings of hotel a bit iffy not much around it to do in evening.

Hôtel excessivement bruyant à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur; refuser les chambres sur le périphérique (very noisy inside and outside) trés éloigné du centre ville (very far from the city center) confusion de l 'emplacement sur la carte (the location on the map is not right) A fuir, sans aucun intérêt, vous vous ruinerez en taxi (17 €) pour aller au centre ville après avoir passé une nuit sans dormir

This hotel is far away from the centre of town and hard to find using the information given on the website. However it is on a major avenue which is easy to find, bus no. 27 stops outside every 20 minutes (takes 20 min. to city centre) or a taxi is easy to flag down (8-10 euros to centre). The hotel is good if you are arriving by car and parking is available. However, it is in the middle of a business area, with company offices, car venders and a drive thru McDonalds nearby - so reminds one more of middle America than Spain. The staff were reasonably friendly and responded quickly when we noticed there wasn't a door in the room safe. The room was reasonably sized, but faced a major road so the window had to stay shut. The pool was closed (a permanent thing?) and the internet in the hotel was down. For the price though ok, and we were glad to find anywhere to stay during the Feria de Abril!

Come sempre pulitissimo. Molto vicino all'aeroporto.

I taxi in città costano pochissimo.

We like to come back again, because we like the hotell and the staff to. It was another thing what we don´t like, it was that people smoke in the elevator. May be it´s normal in Spain but it´s forbidden in Sweden. Thanks very much. kenneth

We chose this hotel for its' advertised nearness to the station and the swimming pool. It was actually a 15 minute taxi ride from the station away from town. The taxi driver said we were in the outermost area of east Seville. The swimming pool was closed for repair and had been empty and unusable for some time. We chose the half board option for our stay. It was not value for money. No 4 star hotel serves up a slice of frozen tuna for dinner. This was not a 4 star experience. We would not book this hotel again nor recommend it to anyone, buyer beware.

The reason I have scored a little lower on relationship between price/quality is because we stayed in Sevilla over the Easter weekend when all hotel prices are inflated. The hotel is a little out of the centre but there is an efficient bus service just on the doorstep which we used. We would stay at the hotel again.

Great location for someone who is travelling by car. They have no Internet. They turn off central air conditioning in April. Reception staff not very friendly. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Breakfast was excellent. 50 euros for a reasonable 4 star hotel, I have nothing to complain. However, the location is quite remote if you are not going for conference. Taxi seems to be the only transport although bus is available but very inconvienient. About 8 euros taxi fare/one way to the city center.

The hotel itself was quite comfortable for the price. The rooms were a good size and clean. We didnt end up arriving till late in the evening but the staff were very accommodating. The only complaint we had is that we booked the hotel being led by the map and comments on the hotel page into believing it was a few minutes walk from the train station only to discover that it is actually a 15 minute bus ride away. Other than that the hotel was good value for the price we paid.

This place is wonderful! Staff was superbly friendly and gave us a suite on the penthouse floor above. Had a great balcony and couch at a very affordable price. The only negative that i can think of is that it's a good distance from the city center but other than that, if you are willing to pay a $8 cab ride into town, it's not a problem. Will go back again.

The hotel is far from the city (out of the ring road). You need absolutely a car if you go for tourism. You need a good map of the city and surroundings to reach the hotel and to move to the city. The complimentary information map of the hotel location that you get in the hotel is not enough for drivers.

It was a very hot day and the pool was not in use. Had we been advised of this we would have picked a different hotel. There was also alot of building work in and outside the hotel which meant that normal facilities like the bar and dining room were not up to a good standard as they were being refurbished. Our room had not been checked properly and our children found some very personal adult items in the drawers. One bathroom only had two small towels in it and not the big bath towels.

A quiet hotel with good facilities outside themain centre of Sevilla. just a 5-7min taxi ride to get you into the centre. Good location when there is too much activities at night in the centre. We were there during Semana Santa.
