Hotel YH Giralda - Seville

The location of this hotel is excellent--5 mins. to cathedral, Alcazar, and great food. Room we had was small but adequate for our short stay. Really enjoyed the Flamenco show recommended by the hotel.

This hotel is located a few meter from the Giralda tower but if you have to reach it by car it's really a tragedy because the histoical center of Siviglia is closed to cars and there is no parking nearby.... my room was nr 14 and it was located on the ground floor in front of the reception; for this reason the room (too small for a double bed) was incredibly noisy and it could not permit any privacy!!!!!

My wife used only two words: terrible! Let's escape!

Very terrible place. Never go to this hotel by car cause you will stuck in very very very small streets of the Old city. Never ever choose this hotel for your holidays if you can't sleep in a loud place: we lived on the first floor and heard evething what's going on on the street and in the hotel, sometimes I woke up from the bikes riding the small street even in the night. I hope noone will stay in this hotel before they will install new plastic windows and silent doors.

The hotel is located in centre near the cathedral and near restaurant. is very nice!

Very nice and clean hotel exactly behing La Giralda; very nice and helpful staff.

Although the hotel is very nice and pleasant, there is not proper ventilation in rooms because the court yard is cover by a skylight with no opening to circulate air.

This is a small place. Great location but hard to find. No elevator.

This is a great hotel with the perfect location very near the cathedral. The room was spotless, although very small. We would stay there again for sure and recommend it as a great find at a great price.

Loved this place, walking distance to everything and less than 2 minutes walk to tapas bars and the Cathedral. Staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed twice (side-tripped to Granada in between), first room was huge and really gorgeous, beams in the ceiling adds lots of character to the room. Second time we only stayed one night to catch an early flight, that room was a lot smaller but it did have a massage shower to make up for it. Would happily stay again and Sevilla is really beautiful.

L'hotel è nella via più frequentata di siviglia, di fronte alla giralda. le camere sono spaziose per due persone. un pò caro rispetto ai servizi offerti, ma da consigliare.

Très bien situé.Un accueuil très à l'écoute et serviable.Pas d'ascenceur les escaliers sont raides.notre séjour fut calme mais il se peut qu'en période de forte affluence le silence ne soit pas au rendez vous ( bruits de rue pour la chambre donnant sur). une salle de bain limite pas grand chose pour poser ses affaires et limitée à une douche

The room at the ground floor is right near the hall. If you like to sleep till late in the morning don't choose that room. The position is wonderfull: in one minute you will be at the cathedral and in the best boteguas of the city for a tapas.

Location couldn't be bettered. Got a good night's rest here. Whole range of tapas bars round the corner. Away from traffic.

Although the room was just about the tiniest room I've ever stayed in it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also tiny but very clean. The position of the hotel was perfect - just a stride away from the Cathedral. The staff were excellent although the night clerk was a bit miserable. The biggest disadvantage was the absence of a lift (elevator)and the fact that we had to drag our luggage up to the top floor (about 60 steep steps). The desk staff also tried to sell us tickets to a Flamenco show but we chose to go to an amazing authentic performence in a small club called the Carbonera (Levias Street) - highly recommended.

A very nice hotel in the centre of Seville's old town. Location can't be beaten. Its about 500 metres from the cathedral. Clean, friendly, and I highly recommend it for the price I paid of €59 a night for a double room. They don't have parking, but there are 3 public parking garages close by.

Great place,perfect location, execellent staff, room was great. The satff gave us exactly what we requested, which was a room on a high floor with an outside view ro street. Beautiful hotel. Perfect room for a stay in Sevilla.

Beautiful boutique hotel, in the heart of the Santa Cruz area. Small rooms, but quiet. competent staff. No breakfast, but hotel is surrounding by bars and cafes. Walking distance to cathedral and other sights. Great location.

The location is perfect, just behind the Giralda. The room looked nice but cleanliness was poor. The bathroom was really small and I had some problems to take a shower.In general space was not enough, however it is ok for one or two nights stay as you can walk everywhere from there. Do not take a car if you plan to stay there as roads in that area are incredibly narrow and it is virtually impossible for find parking space.

We went to Seville for city break for 3 days. The hotel is ideally located right in the middle of Santa Cruz just few metres away from plenty of tapas bar and all the touristic sites. Unfortunately being so close to the Cathedral meant being woken up by the bells in the morning. The hotel itself was very clean, catered for all your basic needs and staff were extremely helpful.Be careful when booking/entering your taxi from the airport as there are two Giralda hotels and can lead to confusion.

Room was small but comfortable. The large closet and spacious bathroom made the room very functional. The location was perfect - only 5 minutes or less from the cathedral and alcazar on a quiet street. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.

The occasion was to visit my daughter and her husband who is from Seville, and under their guidance, see Seville. My daughter arranged the hotel over the Internet and her mother-in-law, who lives nearby, checked it out. The hotel was excellent, if a bit small. The staff was uniformly excellent, most friendly and most helpful. The only problem was that my daughter confused the dates and we wound up without a room on the last day of our stay. However, the Giralda staff did an excellent job of finding us a room in another closeby hotel so they really earned their pay!

Ideal central location in quiet pedestrian street. Beautifully converted old house. Lots of character. Very clean and comfortable. Room quite small.
