rooms are very poor even if clean. there are only 4 rooms with external windows (we'll suggest to ask for them). The relation between price/quality if sufficient (just) also because Siviglia is a bit more expensive than other cities in andalusia.

One slight negative comment - the cleaning staff always leave the interior windows open after cleaning. It would be far better from a guest perspective to have these left locked.

the hotel is beautiful and the position is strategical to see Sevilla. Unfortunately the hotel doesn't offer the breakfast and guest must go out in the morning to eat.

My room had no windows except one opening directlyinto the hotel lobby, which even after requests the maid kept leaving open so that anyone in the hotel could reach into my room and bedside table. There are 2 similar rooms accessed from lobby. Curains did not cover the all night lights from the lobby. Noisy and next to stairs. Waste baskets never emptied. Lobby loud until after 2 am. Hotel doors always wide open to street behind metal grill. Cockroaches!

Pleasant and simple hotel, very close to the city center in a charming part of town. Nice rooftop terrace with view on the Cathedral. Maybe a bit overpriced. Some of the rooms did not seem to have a window to the outside. Nothing spectacular about the premium double room except for the view on the street.

Very expensive, and the rooms have NO WINDOWS! People at reception really cold and not nice. No common areas either. only positive thing : great situation, and it is clean.

The hotel was nicely appointed and very modern. The shower was good. The bed was fine but the pillow was awful. Location was good and the rooftop terrace was very pleasant. The greatest problem we had was with being given incorrect information regarding the airport bus but then even the man in the tourist office gave us incorrect information. Overall a very pleasant stay.

The hotel was very good value for money with pleasant and helpful staff. We had ground floor room with double bed and single bed plus a cot (family of two adults, one child and one baby) which left very little spare room but was adequate since the surroundings are so nice to stroll round and we spent little time in hotel room. Roof terrace is simple but nice and we had evening picnic there as an alternative to always eating in restaurants (there is supermarket 5-10 minutes walk away). Hotel's in a central location on reasonably quiet narrow pedestrian street. Cafes and bars, park and playground all 5 minute walk. Good cost-effective base for exploring Seville with young kids if you are looking for a basic but friendly hotel.
