Hotel Sevilla Center - Seville

Parking at this hotel was a major hassel and we had to park our car in local parking lots within 4 blocks of the hotel. But the location of the hotel is ideal. Staff were friendly and helpful. Wiffi connection did not reach to our 3 rd floor unit, so I was spending a lot of time at the lobby. And while we were there, they had scheduled a fashion show which was a bit unique since the models were average citizens off the street! It made the lobby and elevators packed w people on Thursday night.

Nice hotel, with nice and clean bedrooms, a middle-sized swimming pool and sauna and jacuzzi. However: 1) very unpolite receptionists. They keep on doing their stuff and talks even if you are clearly waiting for them. No help at finding a taxi or a restaurant. 2) The swimmingpool is always completely full, since it's quite small, and you have to put your towel on the burning floor. 3) If you don't have a car, it's very far from the historical center. No easy public transports. No free-parking in the area.

My wife and i were visiting Seville for the first time on a long weekend.What a beautiful city!! the only downside of the hotel is that it is about a mile from the main attractions, being located in a more commercial area. We don't speak any spanish so were unable to figure out how to use the Trams and buses, which is a pity because they both ran from early in the morning to late at night and the stops for both were close to the hotel. As we are both reasonably fit and like walking and walks everywhere are flat around the city , it was not really an issue for us, but for some people it may be more of a consideration. The hotel was fabulous at the price , really nice clean spacious rooms , excellent helpful friendly staff , imposing public areas. We were amazed at the quality of the accommodation for the price we paid. Reccommendations for the hotel (1) provide tea and coffee making facilities and charge an extra £5 a night for the priviledge (2) teach the reception staff about the local bus and tram service so they can explain how to use to the english who are usually rubbish at foreign languages!!

Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff on the reception. Rooms very clean and well decorated. Pretty good location approx 10 mns from Old Town. Didnt eat there as thought prices quite expensive. Over all good value for money and would stay there again.

Wonderful hotel.big, clean and really comfortable room. kind service, good restaurant. the hotel is not in the center but is near the train station and you can reach the city senter with a ten/fifteen minutes walk. If back in sevilla, I'll go there again. small gym and sauna usable with no further charge. Hardly recommended

¿Que qué tal el Sevila Center? Bueno, pues un poco de todo. Hicimos las reservas a través de Venere y todo bien, solo que al llegar la "simpática" chica de recepción se tiró casi una hora para entregarnos las llaves, eso sí, previo pago (la primera vez que me pasa en la vida, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que tenía mi tarjeta de crédito!) y tras haberle dado el carnet de identidad de las cinco personas que íbamos. Cuando entramos en la habitación (nos dieron tres en total) vimos que justo enfrente había una obra de un edificio colindante. Efectivamente, por la mañana nos despertaban a las siete y media. Lo que no entiendo muy bien es por qué nos dio esas habitaciones, ya que el hotel estaba práctricamente vacío (fuimos en agosto). En cuanto a la habitación todo bien, la verdad es que es un cuatro estrellas de los buenos (aunque no todas las habitaciones son iguales, y a mí me tocó la más estrecha, por lo que el baño era incómodo). La piscina pequeña y pocas hamacas, aunque la verdad es que era bonita, con su bar y todo. En lo que se refiere a la situación, un poco lejos del centro, unos 20 minutos andando. El parking, por cierto, no cuesta 10 euros como dice Venere, sino 18 y ellos alegan que la página estará mal, total que al final tienes que pagar los 18 pavos y encima si quieres sacar el coche tienes que estar dando explicaciones de para qué lo vas a sacar, y te tienen 10 minutos esperando delante de la barrera hasta que les da la gana abrirla. En resumen, un buen hotel si vas de negocios pero regular para visitar la ciudad. Lo peor con diferencia fueron los empleados, bordes y que te miran por encima del hombro. No creo que merezca la pena aguantar esas actitudes por bueno que sea el hotel, sobre todo si eres tú quien paga.

Fantastic hotell not far from Santa Justa Railway station and the Old Town. The hotell is very modern and up to date. The rooms are very clean. When I am going back to Sevilla I will stay there again for sure. =)

Great hotel...but we got a super rate. we paid only 60 euros a night, very last in july (hot hot hot) and for this slight cost the hotel was amazing. good location too you can walk 5 mins to the tram and get that right into the old centre of sevilla. it was a huge room, with a massive bed and bathroom. big plus was it had a outdoor pool too, but had to wait till it was below 40 degrees outside to use it otherwise i would have melted. not sure if i would feel that same about the hotel if i had paid the official rate quoted in the rooms of 575 euros but for 60 euros it was amazing.

Although the hotel was not in the centre of the city, the walk to the old centre and sights was not far and the hotel was also on a bus route. It has the feel of a business hotel but we were there on the weekend so got a very good rate and the staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was a plus for us as it was very hot.
