Very modern style and beautiful room. Very clean room and breakfast was a nice addition. Front desk was helpful in getting us a few events to attend. I liked the computer in the room, and the air conditioning was spectacular.

This Hotel is an wonderful hotel, it is part of chain of hotels around Spain, and provided in room is a Laptop to use, Exercise bike, ensuite with power shower and very nice contemporary design furniture and bed. This Hotel is in old jewish part of Seville near Cathedral with some very narrow streets literally as wide as a car, it can be a bit difficult to drive to because of one way system , and due to fact is a converted 18th Mansion and are Car parking is very limited in front of hotel. There is underground parking about a 5 minuter walk away fro £14 euros per day., but don't let this put you off, as this is very handy for Giraldi and other sights, and is a lovely hotel with excellent staff and service. Breakfast if you choose to take is is good buffet selection. I was impressed by Hotel and would stay in there other hotels in other Spanish cities. Take a trip down to basement and see the original 1st century Roman column still in place and water sump used to collect water by romans.

Good location, walking distance to all major sights. Hard to find walking back to the hotel, but everything in the Barrio Santa Cruz is hard to find. Everyone walks around looking at maps. Love having the laptop in the room.

Great place to stay in Sevilla, free computer in the rooms. I advise visitors not to take the expensive breakfast but go to a bar and have a traditional spanish breakfast or have churros and chocolate. One negative point: the website was misleading in mentioning free hotel bikes. Hotel bikes are only 3 and one was in such a bad state that it broked down after 1 km. Better take the public ones available with 5 euros / week in most places of Sevilla. The hotel room was perfectly clean when we arrived but the daily cleaning was very superficial.

The room we were given was on the 2nd floor and Seville in August - VERY HOT. No AC in our room - or it wasn't working correctly. We were given another room, still on the 2nd floor of hotel and AC was still not working as it should have for that kind of a hotel. We had to sleep with windows open and it was extremely LOUD outside. Needless to say we had sleepless nights, other than that the location was great but that was about it. One plus was the WIFI access in rooms and in room laptop usage.

Petit Plaza is only a 5-7 min walk from the cathedral and the Alcazar. This makes it an excellent location to stay at. The room we stayed in was spacious and it was a very quiet hotel. Staff was very friendly, taking out the time to explain places of interest and how to get there. This hotel was not located in a square, so we had to walk a few min to hit the restaurants, but that most people wont mind. Seville is really beautiful, especially the Alcazar and I highly recommend it as a destination to visit and this hotel to stay at.

We loved the hotel and the staff was most helpful. The only thing was that the bathroom, as nice as it was, did not have a shower curtain and this got part of the bathroom pretty wet. But everything else was perfect.

One slight problem in one room where the air con didn't have any effect, otherwise a great stay. Well located for eating and sites

Wonderfully quiet. Lovely and convenient area for sightseeing. Car not recommended as very difficult to access and to park. Car not really needed. Breakfast comparatively expensive and so would have gone out to local cafe but for good August offer. Uncompromisingly modern but good conversion of elegant, old building. Nice bathroom, but no kleenex - essential - and could do with towel rail.

Bed linens were not changed every day, and housekeeping was a little disappointing. But all in all OK, and I would recommend it. No one should try to find the hotel in a personal vehicle -- roads are too complex and parking almost impossible. Better to leave the car in a parking garage on the outskirts and take a taxi

Very clean and modern hotel. Quite friendly staff and good location except a little noise came in from the street. I would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location. We got a family room with our two adult (20 and 22) daughters and had plenty of space. The neighborhood was great and every area of interest was within walking distance. It's a bit difficult if you have a car. We rented one to drive to Cordoba and had it for one night in Seville. The hotel does have a few spaces available out front. I chose to walk around the corner to have my breakfast in a small cafe full of locals rather than partake of the buffet in the hotel. The coffee was a lot better and while the menu was limited, it was a lot less expensive too.

Great location, just don't try to park nearby! Better yet avoid bringing a car, if at all possible, taxis are plentiful and reasonably priced. Only negatives were the beds probably need a renewal of mattresses in double bed room(s). Ours was a bit passed it. Breakfast was also a bit pricey at €14, usual hotel coffee, i.e. abominable. Better to go round corner for a third of the price, and all the second hand smoke you could wish for!

This is the best hotel amongst the 3 I booked through Venere.com. The photos shown on the website were an exact indication of what I got. A beautiful boutique hotel and the quality of the rooms were excellent. Location was quite central and walking distance to all tourist sites and most importantly close to restaurants and bars. I would recommend this to anyone considering Seville as a holiday destination.

We had a great experience at this hotel. It's located in a very quiet section of the historic part of Seville, but within walking distance of all the major sites and shopping. The family room we booked was perfect: very spacious, great bathroom. Staff was very helpful. Our only complaint (and it's a small one) was that it was a little far from the public parking garage. If you are travelling with much luggage, be sure to call ahead to get driving directions to the hotel to drop it off. It is very difficult to find.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. All information given was correct. The location was central to walking everywhere and we enjoyed exploring all the small streets in every direction. I wish there was an open cafe/bar in the evenings.

Again this is a four star hotel which is not fully built yet but has no restaurant or bar facilities. Breakfast was awful value for money. It was not. I would not stay there again

Great hotel, good service and love the funky interior. Only problem is that while we had a corner room that is spacious, it is next to a road that can be noisy. We were kept up till 3-4am each night. But would still recommend it for a short stay.
