The problem with this hotel is that it is not where it claims to be. It describes itself as 500 metres from Santa Justa station, but in fact it is about a kilometre as the crow flies and 1.3 kilometres by the shortest walking route - a long way with bags! It also claims to be 10 minutes walk from the centre of the city, whereas it actually takes about half an hour to the main tourist sites. Otherwise it is quite a nice small hotel, with good public areas - lounge and terrace - for a place of this size.

Also, alles prima.

Really nice stay. the people were pleasant, the rooms were very clean and we were comfortable. the breakfast was terrible; my sister eats everything and she wanted to have nothing to do with it the 2nd morning. definitely worth staying at, nonetheless.

The hotel did not even come close to what we expected. The room was so small and spartin, it was depressing. Also, we were put in a front room that faced the street. When I asked to move, staff told me that it would be quiet after 8:00 pm because it was not a major street. Wrong...we were awakened several times a night with noise. They had turned off the air conditioning and would not turn it back on so we were hot, very hot all night. When we walked to the main street to find a restaurant, we had to step lightly because of the abundance of dog droppings on the sidewalk. A lot of improvement is need in this hotel. I would not stay here again!

We arrived by car in the evening. We got lost locating the public parking garage, which is about 3 long blocks away because of the circuitous Sevilla traffic rules. Hotel location is several blocks from the main tourist, entertainment and restaurant center. However, taxi service is prompt. Watch out for taxi drivers who will take you through a longer route. Hotel desk personnel are amiable, helpful and professional. Room is clean and well-maintained. Size of room is adequate for 3 persons. Our only complaint is that Internet cannot be accessed with our laptop from our room. We had to go to the basement floor and queue up for the only desktop that had a connection to the Internet.

Nice hotel, not too far from the city center. Expensive, ordinary breakfast. Few parking places in the garage, if travelling by car, be shure there is a palce available as parking in the street extremely hard.

Hotel located within 20 minutes' walk from historic centre, which is also easily available by convenient public bus services. Rooms and bathroom very nice and clean. Breakfast with rather poor choice and monotonous but I hardly expected more for that price. Generally, very good value for money.

Booked a double room with 2 twin beds. Room was nice and clean. Distance to Barrio Sta Cruz: about a 20 minute walk. Knowledgeable staff. Got to experience local life from surrounding neighborhoods.

Good place if you need a hotel with affordable private parking and don't require being in the center of the tourist area. Easy 15-20 minute walk on a major avenue to the Barrio Santa Cruz. Clean, quiet, modern rooms with nice bathrooms.

Nice hotel and staff, comfortable room. The hotel car park will only take small cars but the we had lots of help getting our Fiat Doblo in and out. The Trinidad bar/restaurant on the corner gave us a good value supper even though the place looks very basic. There is a nice coffee bar round the corner to the North on the main road (red front) that is very good for breakfast. The walk to the Cathedral is about 20 minutes.

Yes, the Hotel met my expectations and we liked the hotel, the service, the surroundings and the excellent breakfast. The garage for car parking is however very tight to manouvre even a small car and needs help from another person to navigate. Might be a good idea if the Hotel could look at the possibility of modifying the entrance and driveway to the garage and the space inside.

Comfortable. Cool in room and hotel (August daytime temperatures high in Seville). Generous help-yourself breakfast. Reception staff went out of their way to help. Rapid reception service. Some limitation on English (no problem). Handy local Bar/Cafe much cheaper than City Centre/Santa Cruz areas. Immediate locality a little downbeat but no problems. Quick Taxi to Centre around 3 to 3.5 Euros.

Staff was very helpful with maps and suggestions. The breakfast offered good variety and fresh fruit. The hotel is surrounded by auto repair shops, but it made for quiet nights and good sleep. Air conditioning unit worked well. A 20 minute walk brought us to the center of Sevilla. The garage was small, but our car was too big. Jose Manuel skillfully helped us manuver the car out.

The hotel is nice but without charm. The car park is very convenient and not expensive for Sevilla, but very small so only small cars can park inside. It takes between 15 and 20 minutes to reach the very centre of Sevilla (Alcazar-Giralda). There is a bus stop not far from the hotel which may convenient to quickly reach some parts of the town. Finally quite a good quality vs.price ratio (we paid 70€ for a double bed). One bad point: our bedroom had a strong smell of smoke.

I returned to Seville after nearly 20 years and found the city even more fabulaous than the previous short visit. The hotel is very easy to find if you know that its just off the ring road and the main station is less than 10 mins walk. My wife is Cuban so she could converse with the staff and locals; this made asking for directions and recommendations a lot easier, but the people and staff were so friendly and helpful it made our stay excellent. We went in late Jan. so temps were cool and the price of tapas at local eateries was very cheap. The flamenco at El Arenal was the best in town, much better than the one across the street from the hotel, which seemed soulles and tourist driven. Overall an excellent hotel, just remember that the basement car park is VERY tight but the excellent staff helped me squeeze my way out!!

The Plaza Santa Lucia was an absolute gem for an overnight stop in this fantastic city. OK, it is a little way from the centre of the city but the walk in, which took about 15 - 20 minutes, was interesting and there are some fine tapas bars to be found en route. In the evening we didn't have to walk quite as far as the centre to find a couple of fantastic bodegas and yet more excellent tapas. Our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. The ensuite bathroom was of an equally good standard and the shower was tremendous. The hotel itself provided everything we needed for a short stop-over and the self-service breakfast was more than sufficient. Overall we thought this hotel offered very good value for money and would have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who doesn't mind a bit of a walk to the major attractions. For sight seeing we recommend a trip on the city tour buses. Our highlights were the Alcazar and gardens and the Plaza de Espana.

Small hotel - personal and friendly, although some of the receptionists were better at speaking English than others - but as our Spanish is fairly non-existent we can only commend them on that. Rooms and hallways tastefully decorated, quiet and clean, with air-conditioning. Bathrooms faultless. Helpful information given re: tourist sites, trains, buses etc. There is no restaurant but the basement has a clean and tidy kitchen which everyone can use, tables , sofas and a TV (which all rooms have as well) - we never saw anyone using it - loads of restaurants, cafes and tapas bars on main road and in old town centre. Local area very 'local'. The hotel is within the old city walls. The Santa Justa train station is about a 5 min walk (handy for airport bus and trains to Madrid, Cordoba etc). The ring road is a couple of hundred yards away and it is a straight walk along it into the old town centre, parks, river etc - we found it walkable but for those not so inclined buses run up and down this road. Isla Magica Theme park is about a 10-15 minute walk along the ring road in the opposite direction. We would definitely use this hotel again - overall clean, comfortable, friendly and very convenient for everything without being in the heart of the noise etc.

The hotel is difficult to find by car due to the many one-way streets. A simple instruction will be handy, like "approach the hotel from the Av. Maria Auxilladora via the Calle Trinidad". The hotel parking-garage is not suitable for large cars.

The hotel is a little far from the city center (it's about a 25 minute walk) which we didn't mind. We picked the hotel because it wasn't in the cneter since we had a car a didn't want to drive into the narrow streets of city center. The hotel has parking and brekfast was included. Oveall, it was a very pleasent stay.

Good hotel, nice breakfast, nice clean rooms. Staff were friendly. Unfortunately when we arrived at the hotel they said that we had cancelled our booking. I would say that this misunderstanding was due to the fact that I was unable to change our booking from 3 nights to 2 nights on Venere.com - to change details, you have to cancel the booking and then rebook with the new details. They had no record of the amended booking and had no rooms available. They were very helpful in finding alternative accommodation and arranged a taxi to take us there. When we returned the next night the room was a twin not a double. Other than that, everything was great. Oh, and don't park your car in their complementary carpark/garage - unless it is matchbox size, it will take you half an hour to get it out again!!!!!!

We have been in this hotel for a week. The rooms are very clean, have a good bed, a spacious bathroom with toilet and bath. The hotel is situated in a quite neighbourhood within about 5 to 10 minutes walking (very nice walk) of the touristic center. The owner of the hotel was very kind to give us a lot of information about what to see. This hotel is also used by an aircompany to house their aircraft crew, that's saying a good deal!
