The hotel was quoted as a 4 star hotel but it corresponds better to a 3 star. At check out I had to pay cash because none of my credit cards, although the most usual ones (AMEX, MC, Visa) could be used in this hotel. However, the hotel is well located, close to the Plaza de Espana and it could be OK for a short touristic trip since the price is rather attractive

It's perfect place except it's slightly far from trail station. And the staff was not kind at all. We couldn't to ask anything because of their bluntness.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. CANCELLATION POLICY
2010: Reservations for Easter ( 29-03-10 to 04/04/10) cancellations without charge till the15th march 2010 and for the reservations of Feria de Abril (19/04/10 to 25/04/10) cancellations without charge till 01th April. After these dates the hotel will charge all the stay.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
