The reserved room was very small and was only lightened by a small lightcourt, which transfered all noises and smells(smoke) of the reception and the opposite rooms.Reception and service not able to speak English. For these conditions too expensive!

A little hotel, very well situated next to the inner city, wie did not need to use public transport to visit the most famous places in Sevilla. We stayed for three nights, people in the hotel were not noisy, for chance, because the rooms are not so well isolated. But of course, to have a nice and clean hotel for that price in the city, this is really great!

Hotel plein de charme, trés tranquille,idéalement situé dans les petites rues de Séville, proche (à pieds) des attractions touristiques,... Pratique à rejoindre de l'aéroport en bus. Accueil particulièrement sympathique.

Staff mumbled a lot and were not very understanding of the need to slow down and speak clearly when talking with those with limited Spanish. Pay computer did not work -- at all. Location is very evocative of old Seville. Need to have more "tourist" assistance: maps, directions, help in getting taxi, etc.

on the internet you told me that would be a parking for 10.50 euros a day. they send us for a parking, not so close to the hotel, and we payed 14.50 for 8 hours our room was the first one on the groud floor close to the hotel entrance and reception.. it was so noisy all night. it looks like we were sleeping at the reception. we asked if it was possible to use the wireless and the gentleman ( very nice person ) but should be retired. asked us... interneco? waht is interneco? so tenemos aki un grande aparato....??????? the next morning the receptionist ( a lady) told us that yes they have wireless glad it was only one night

This hotel is located in a good position, in the nearby of bus station and city centre. It was the first time I stayed at Londres Hotel but the relationship between price/quality is not so good, so I cannot advise such structure at all

The personal speaks only Spanish. Don't understand a word English! Big problem! We didn't get the right information about the car park. Had to pay the double price. Almost 20 euros instead of 10,50, as agreed. Except from this we liked the hotel. But you must speak Spanish if you should stay here at the Londres!

Older men and women worked the desk in reception and spoke no English but were absolutely delightful, friendly and helpful. Would stay in this hotel or in this neighborhood again. Short walk down the street put us right in the bull ring. A little further and we were at the S. Isobel bridge to Triana or the other way down Zaragosa and we were in the Plaza Nueva with the TI and free internet service inside of ten minutes walk. Museo de las Belles Artes full of Murillos less than five minutes walk. Plaza de Armas with supermercado, cinema, and coffe shops, etc in renovated old train station a little further on and worth a look especially at night.

The hotel's location was perfect for a weekend break. The rooms were small and a little noisy but providing stays are no more than two/three nights then I would recommend it to other travellers without young children. Hotel staff were friendly if not quaint!

Very ordinary room with basics.. The bathroom was clean and the beds were also clean.. Felt pretty comfortable staying in the hotel.. Pretty comfortable walk to the main plaza and the cathedral.. Not very close but about a 10 minute walk via Calle Velasquez which is the shopping district area.. Enjoyed the walk as we walked to the cathedral and to experience flamengo in the area..

The hotel is clean, well-placed in the center of Sevilla (no need of public transport) On the other hand, the attending personal is not english-speaking and not children-friendly. The rooms are small and dark. The internet service is expensive. Absolutely not to recommend to travellers with children. It could be for single travellers, but the quality/price rate is very low. The correct price could be maximum 40 Euros for a double room (considering also that no breakfast is included)

This was a top little hotel for my visit to Seville. Received a nice warm welcome upon arrival. Room was spotless and spacious enough for myself as a solo traveller. Room 104 had a lovely balcony and a window for fresh air. Noise levels were typical Spain but not too noisy, however I did not spend a lot of time in the room. Terrific location as within easy walking distance to all of the major attractions. Recommend Bar Zafiro just around the corner for a friendly pre dinner drink. Hotel does not have restaurant facilities but plenty of good cafes within 1-5 mins walk. As a femaile solo traveller, I felt very safe in the area. Internet in reception a bit expensive and slow. Overall, I found this hotel terrific value for money and in a great location for my 4 day trip to Seville.

The stay at Hotel Londres was great. People have said it is a budget hotel but I think far from that, clean , tidy rooms fitted robes with sliding doors to give more space. Bathroom clean and tidy. This hotel is a hidden gem and will not be found by its actual address as it is tucked away down a lovely cobbled street. We found it OK though.

Geoff on the front desk was very friendly and welcoming when we first arrived. We were really made to feel at home. Also, very helpful when asking questions about how to get places, where to go etc. Stayed in a double room which was comfortable and enough space. Good shower in the bathroom. The only point which could be considered as a disadvantage is that the window looked out onto the stairway of the hotel, however this didn't cause any problems with noise or the like. The hotel is situated in a very quiet part of town, but is in a good location for visiting all the sites - we walked everywhere. Overall we had a wonderful stay in a beautiful city! We would stay there again if we return to Seville. Thank you!

Our room in the first night led to a very noisy street, even though the daytime receptionist insisted that it was a "quiet room". Upon our insistence we got another room away from the street and that one was much better and quieter. We stayed for a total of 3 nights. All in all the hotel met our expectations. It was nice to have a charge-free Internet access in the lobby. The fact that no breakfast is offered may seem negative, but with lots of bars in the vicinity that is absolutely no problem, even better than the usually overpriced breakfasts.

The staff is very nice. The hotel is very close to the coach station, to the shopping district and to the historical centre. The street is very quiet, but the guests are not, and the doors and walls do not provide any sound-proofing. My colleague and I were at different floors and we both were woken more than once during the night.

The location is very central and convenient, although far from the airport shuttle stop. The room was tiny and very, very cold the only source of heating was a noisy air conditioner in heating mode but absolutely uneffective. First night was freezing. Service people are friendly but were not able to give me password for internet access (they seemed scared by computers) Overall price/quality so-so ..

The rooms are little, but clean and nice. The welcoming is quite nice, above all if you like to feel you're not in a cold and aseptic hotel, but rather you're a guest in somebody's house. i guess not all the staff can speak english, but i think it's ok to learn and/or practice the local language (even to express respect and thankfulness). the location is without any doubt perfect! very central, a taxi stop in the near. i also suggest to have a walk on calle san eloy, not far from the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel. One small gripe - when I used my visa card to pay I was billed in £ sterling at a less favourable exchange rate than my bank would have charged me if I'd been billed in Euros. I guess the receptionist was trying to be helpful but I certainly wasn't offered a choice of currencies as I should have been.

Overall this hotel is not bad. Location is quit and close to the Museum of Art. Ten minutes to Cathedral. Word of precaution. We stayed in the room with loud air con, for those with even slight insomnia it is hardly bearable. Staff don't speak English but this is not a problem (no one actually obliged to speak foreign language). The problem raised when we were pressed to occupy a room right in the lobby (!) and only after ten minutes of gestures and some very poor Spanish from our side, were reluctantly given a room at the second floor. Our room looked out at the well-shaped courtyard which was also closed by glass roof (therefore not much fresh air). Our room was relatively spacious and clean. For short stay in Seville it was OK but not more than that.

We did not arrive until 11P because of train connections. Even tho we had called to inform the Londres that we would be late, when we arrived, there were no rooms. We were walked down the street to Hotel Roma who tried to put us into a room with barely enough room for the twin bed (there were 2 of us) and no bath. We walked back to the Londres and explained as best we could the problem. We were walked back down the street and given a "matrimonia" double bed with bath. We were afraid that it was a "bait and switch" but may have just been the language barrier. The room we finally got at 12P was good and clean

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and enjoyed the hotel very much. Its location just off Calle San Eloy was excellent (we recommend Bar Dona Carmen on San Eloy for excellent and inexpensive tapas in the evening and chocolate con churros at breakfast). A pleasant walk (15 or 20 minutes) along some of the pedestrianised shopping streets leading down to the Cathedral and Alcazar was never dull. The hotel's location on a side street meant that street noise was never an issue. Great location, great value, clean and safe environment! Would most certainly stay here again!

Very agreeable hotel quite difficult to find with one way system in Seville, but an oasis of calm once reached. Room and foyer pleasantly cool in the late summer heat. Decent cafe quite close. Garage arrangements rather remote and difficult to get back from, I thought. I was travelling as one of three motorcyclists. The other two found the hotel difficult to find, though they arrived later at night.

Clean and neat hotel on a very quiet street close to restaurants, shops, services. The English-speaking staff, which was on duty most of the time, was always very helpful. There was a tendency for noise to filter up from the lobby, but otherwise quiet. One should be aware that many of the rooms are windowless, though provided with adequate heat/ac. We were there at a busy time and were in the room by the front door off the lobby, which was a bit noisy, but not terribly so. Overall a very affordable place very well located. But I would have liked the option of requesting a room on a particular floor via venere, which is just something not offered on the site, but might be a worthy improvement for clients to articulate a room preference.

Clean, efficient, cheap & well-located. Great bathroom & even a proper double bed (ask for cama matrimonial) although room was slightly cramped & no view & gloomy (if you spend lots of time in your room). Quiet but right on the edge of shopping district with plenty of cafes etc. 5 mins walk away & Fine Art museum around the corner. 15 mins away from Santa Cruz/Cathedral - ideal for a stroll home through the city centre. No English spoken - great for those independent souls wanting to try their Spanish out!

We stayed in Seville in September 2005 at the Hostel Londres and I can recommend it highly for anyone on a budget. Our corner room was functionaly decorated but unexepctedly large and bright. It came with a large full bathroom, two small balconies and an electronic safe. The airconditioning worked well, although they turn it off centrally when you leave the room and sometimes we had to remind them to turn it back on when we returned, a very important detail when then tempertature is 36 degrees C. outside. The hotel is well maintained and the staff were professional, but be forwarned, as we found throughout Seville, their command of English was very limited. There was a problem with the hot water during our stay but this was not the fault of the staff and the Manager was very appologetic about it and discounted our room rate for two nights to make up for any inconvenience.

If on arrival offered room 106 - run a mile or at least refuse. It is a cleaning cupboard that somehow has become a hotel room. It does not even have a proper window. Think "ferry cabin, inside and below car deck". Our friends stayed in another room. Despite having a window (!) the beds were too short even for the woman. To conclude, from experience I know that there are better hotels available in the same price range in Seville.
