I was very happy with the Fernando III. I thought parking was included, so other than that surprise, I was pleased with price as it was quoted. The front desk people were very helpful and also kept our bags after checkout so that we could enjoy the city a bit more.

Very nice hotel within the Barrio Santa Cruz. Staff were very welcoming, rooms were spacious & clean, just as they appeared in the photos. The rooftop terrace and pool was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel and we weren't disappointed. The location is fantastic with many nice tapas bars just outside the door. Pretty much everywhere we wanted to see was within a comfortable walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Hotel, charming staff and in an excellent location. The pool is a great plus for unwinding after a hot day. The rooms if sober are faultless. My only complaint was that the parking (an expensive but worthwhile extra) left a small bump on the hire car... but what a nice man who took the car (all the staff were excellent) and never go through Spain without full cover on a hire car. Perfect hotel!

This is a must stay hotel. The rooms are small but beautiful - like a boutique hotel. Very modern bathroom. Excellent location. Crazy price for the quality. Even nicer in person than presented on the website. Highly recommended and would definitely stay there again if we had the chance.

This is a dated, tired old hotel with disinterested staff. Seville is beautiful and very busy with tourists so I am guessing they don't have to make an effort to get business, it just comes to them. The pool was closed and this was the reason I chose to stay here. The location is excellent, in the centre, but there are many other hotels to choose from in the centre that I am sure deliver far better service and value. Unremarkable. Give this one a miss.

This hotel is ideally located being on the edge of the Santa Cruz barrio and also near good transport links. As for eating and drinking one is spoilt for choice. There are least a dozen cafes and restaurants within a hundred metres of the the hotel.

Stayed 2 nights in Fernando 3 and was happy with the location and room. There is also a pool up top but we didn't get to use it. We decided to stay here again for the final night before our flight home and got a nicer room on 1st floor...seems like they're doing this floor up as its a lot newer than the 4th floor. Overall it good quality hotel and the 4 star would be equivalent to an irish 2-3. In comparison to the other places we stayed in the big issue with Spanish hotels is the paper walls, you could hear next door walking and coughing. But this was not an issue in Fernando 3.

The most attractive thing of this hotel is the position, close to the cathedral and to the main points of interest. Expensive structure for a normal four star hotel. The rooms are great, but all the staff is very, very unpolite.

As always in Spain however quite the hotel room itself is you can always listen to your neighbours and what's going on at the corridor and in the staircase (doors). But beside that everything else was excellent. Especially the staff's friendliness and their enthusiam for small children.

sound isolation is poor, we can clearly hear the people who came back late night from the bedroom and it is annoying. We also can hear the neighbor as the wall are very thin. The bathroom is a little bit old and need some fixes.

Ottima posizione.

We had missed our contections from Madrid for the 16/082007, and rang late to rearrange our stay for the 17/08/2007 and the hotel manager was quuiet happy to do this. The hotel was going under some work but this did not interfer with our visit. The hotel was at first hard to find from the railway station and the locals were helpful as were some directional signs. The room was great and the hotel set in the old Jewish quarter of Seville and in the centre of the tourist attractions. Unfortunately Seville did live up to our expectations. Tips enjoy the local tapas bars and cafes and enjoy getting lost in the tiny streets it makes the holiday enjoyable.

Stayed at the hotel for 5 days. Didn't give us the extra discount we were offered by venere! But we think we got one of the best rooms in the hotel. It had a large wrap around balcony and was large, full of light, airy and spacious. Unfortunately the door to the balcony would not lock and you had to pay a daily fee to use the room safe. The cleanliness of the room could have been improved with the drinks in the mini bar old with mold growing all over the outside. The toilet was very dirty when we arrived and the floors should have been swept better. The pool was very nice and relaxing! A great place to get away from the heat. The hotel was in a great position, close to all the major attractions and many great places to eat. The staff were always pleasant. It is disappointing that a few small things like the cleanliness of the room spoiled the hotel for us. The hotel was good but it could easily have been great.

This was the first time we stayed at this hotel. The roof top pool is great with fantastic views - don't miss it! The hotel is in the ideal location for exploring the city. Very near to the cathedral and an endless selection of bars and cafes. We had a double room with a balcony on the street side and great AC too. Good value for money.

This hotel was in a conveint location and it was a very pleasent stay. We had a room with a balcony but the hotel is a little back off the square so the view was across the road into someones house. Breakfast was not included in our booking but the little cafe directly across was a good place for coffee and breakfast. About 2 blocks from the catheral and the main road you can walk to everything including the bus about 6 blocks (we took a taxi to the bus because our luggage was heavy eventhough it was on wheels 7euros)

On our arrival five employees were smoking in the foyer area (welcome desk and bar) which we feel makes a bad impression and caused a very smoky atmosphere. We took breakfast in the hotel the next morning and were very disappointed. The "fresh" orange juice was some days old as it was fermenting; the fresh fruit on offer was old, tired and unappealing. The range of bread and rolls was inadequate for an hotel of this standing. Smoking was allowed in the dining room at breakfast which we (and many others) do not like. There was, on the other hand, a good range of other food - cheeses, sausages and cooked dishes.
