Very kind staff, the hotel is delicious and near enough to the city center, just 5 minutes walking. The streets near hotel are noisy, so if you leave windows opened you will be probably waken early in the morning, but this is the only issue. At last it is a very good choice.

My wife and I were very pleased with the staff and location of Don Pedro. It is very close to several Tapa Bars and a very short walk to all the historiccal sites as well as the river. We were very pleased to be woken up by receptionist to go out side... Once we walked out of the hotel we were stoked to see a holy presession right in front of the hotel. It was like being there for a mini holy week presession! If she hadn't called us, we would have missed this once in a lifetime site!! We are greatfull to all the Don Pedro Staff for making our Honeymoon the best getaway.

We stayed in a triple room for five nights. This was one of four places we stayed during a two-week trip. We picked this hotel because it was a little bit away from the primary tourist areas, and hopefully a little better bargain. It's about a 20-minute walk to Sevilla Santa Justa train station. A lot of city buses stop at Plaza Ponce DeLeon within a few minute walk of the hotel. Five minute walk from hotel to the new Plaza Mayor, and from there another 5 minutes or so to the Plaza del Duque area in the heart of the main shopping district. Overall, I wasn't thrilled with the dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, although there was a pretty good casual pizza cafe in the southwest corner of Plaza Mayor. The room was kept clean. The beds seemed to be the shortest (I am 6'4") and hardest we encountered on our trip, but still sleepable after a long day. Our window opened to the quiet inner courtyard, and this was easily the quietest room we stayed in with regards to street or hallway noise. The bathroom had a fan, which was a nice feature. Air conditioning worked well, but was a little noisy at times. Hotel WiFi was pretty unreliable, but it improved after the first few nights. They also have computers with internet access in the reception area; however, it was pretty hot within the hotel, except in our room with A/C on (this was mid May, with daily highs in mid to high 80s F). The staff was great, very courteous and helpful. You have to turn in your key and electricity control card at the front desk each time you come and go. This was unusual to us, being from the USA, but turned out to be pretty typical during our trip, and no hardship at all. This room had a lot more electrical outlets than we found in our other hotels. Bathroom for the most part smelled better than at any of the other places we stayed. The room was a decent size for a european hotel (i.e., very small but livable by US standards).

About a 15 minute walk to The Cathedral through narrow streets. Hotel had no tea/coffee making facilities in room, only a machine in the lobby. The Tea was disgusting and you had to ask for a coin each time you wanted to use it. Staff friendly and helpful. Noisy street because locals live there and I think 140 euros per night very expensive for what you get.

Pretty good location in old town but an absolute nightmare to drive to. In fairness so is everywhere else in Seville as the roads are very, very narrow, twist and turn, and the GPS just can't cope. There is parking in a multi storey about five minutes walk away. Moses the concierge is probably the most welcoming I have met anywhere, and is very helpful and informative. A real asset for this hotel. Rooms were ok, bathrooms a bit small but ok, hot water and heating fine. Seville gets incredibly cold so we noticed. We didn't use it but there is lovely little courtyard with fountain that would be gat to sit in during a hot summer day. Lift is typically European in size but functions well. Free hot drinks from a machine in the lobby. One of the oldest tapas bars in Seville is 50 metres from the hotel and well worth a visit for a drink and tapas.

Excellent hotel for holidays, close to the most important monuments in Sevilla. Could be better only the rumors about doors and windows when they are opening or closing.

This a very lovely hotel and we had a wonderful four night stay here. The staff and in particular Raquel were wonderful and went out of their way to be helpful and friendly. They were very proud of their city and most anxious to ensure visitors had an informative and enjoyable stay. We had a lovely room with a terrace plus table and chairs to sit out on for a drink and relax in the evenings. The local area has some of the best genuine Tapas bars in Seville and the old pub at the end of the street is a must to visit. Access to the hotel from the train station is easy by the number 32 bus but a taxi was only 5 euro and took us direct to the door. Walking distance to the Cathedral is about 15-20 minutes and plenty to see on the way. Should we return to Seville we would definitely being staying there again.

Best hotel we have stayed in on vacation. We had a terrace room which was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The hotel itself is charming and very old school Spain. The location was good. Far enough away from the busy center of town but also close to restaurants. This is one hotel that we will definitely return to on our next trip to Seville. Outstanding!

The hotel was charming, though the room was not very spacious (the bathroom though was comfortable and large, with everything you need. Shower was good, with lots of water, even if not hot hot, but in Sevilla you need to cool off rather than hot-bathing!). Wifi connection was free and very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful and help they did several times.

The hotel is not located in the major tourist area - about a 20 minute walk from the cathedral and the Jewish Ghetto. The staff was very helpful, especially Moses (Moishe). The room was small. We paid extra for a balcony, but only used it once. There was a 20 euro deposit required for the TV remote. Why would anyone steal a hotel TV remore? The interior courtyard is very nice.

Excellent hotel with marble floors and bright room. Free internet computers in the lobby. Laundry service for 10 EUR was great. The best tapas in Seville was only 1/2 block away at Rinconcillo.

Quietness of room is one big issue to improve, definitely one you have a room next to the elevator and the street. The patio is a "sound box". Rest is OK.

Lovely former Sevillian Palace converted into hotel.Security gate in keeping with the character of the hotel. Need to be more specific about the location eg from the Santa Justa station, the bus station is across the road. Take C5 Circular Interior Bus which is going to Plaza Encarnacion and ask driver to drop you off at Iglesia de Santa Catalina.Walk down Calle Gerona from there. Hotel is on the left side of the road. Bus ticket can be bought from Driver. A 10 ride ticket can be purchased from kiosks dotted around. Get bus route maps and city maps from Information.[Hotel also has city map] Consult map all the time. When you reach the end of a road look at map.[need small flashlight at night to read map. Easy to walk round in circles in Seville especially at night!!!. Ask hotel clerk to direct you to bars with Flamenco show. Flamenco enthusiasts should not miss Museum of History of Flamenco. 3 day stay in Seville. Travelled with a friend

An amazing hotel, perfect for our needs. They do not serve breakfast there, but there are atleast two colonialstores (foodstores) in close proximity to the hotel, where you can buy whatever breakfast you would like. I would recommend bringing it back to the hotel and eating it on your very own balcony. (We payed ten euros extra per night for our big, beauteful balcony). The hotel is close to (walking distance) to everything wurth seeing in Seville centre and you need not walk more than twenty meters before you can sit down and enjoy tapas. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you want something not too expencive, but still is a great hotel...

A reasonably priced hotel that proved to be a good base for exploring Seville. It is well placed in that all the tourist sites are within an easy walking distance and there are some some excellent restaurants in the local area. Parking is available in a Public parking garage which is just 2 streets away from the Hotel. There is space outside the front of the hotel so that guests can unload their car before moving it to the parking garage. There are no real facilities at the hotel apart from the free WiFi and use of the internet in the foyer. Free hot drinks are available from a dispensing machine in the foyer and guests are provided with a 5 cent coin by the receptionist which they then put into the machine. Although a somewhat basic hotel we would certainbly stay at this hotel again

We were in Seville for only two nights and wanted a hotel near the sites. This hotel is well-situated, although the most direct routes are a little difficult to navigate, given the maze of small streets. Very clean and good staff. Internet access readily available. We did hear the noise of a student tour group arriving and departing. Our room was next to the hotel entrance. Not a major problem.

The Hotel has tiny rooms but is ideal for the traveller who spends the entire day out and returns only to fall into an exhausted slumber! Just up the street breakfast places are plentiful so that makes up for the inconvenience of not having any decent coffee on hand. The only thing I did find strange, and a tad inconvenient, was the deposit we had to pay for the TV remote and that the remote adjustment for the air-conditioning had to be done by the staff ..very odd! Also, the bathroom didn't have a hair dryer - that would have been useful!

Very nice hotel, the staff speaks a bit of english not a word in French, however they are very polite and competent. the hotel is very well located for tourists. We had a very pleasant stay. PS The bathtub is slippery, there should be a mat inside, please. I slipped and knocked my head, and had a very small wound on the right ear. I never told the staff.

We recommand the Hotel Don Pedro for the beauty of its patio, the quietness and spaciousness of the rooms, and above all for the quality of the welcoming of the employees. We only regret that they don't serve a breakfast, but there is a coffee machine in the vast lobby.

The hotel was reasonable value for money in March. It is about a 15minute walk from the Rail Station. If unsure of the route, on arrival at the Station, go to the Tourist Office in the station and get a plan, asking them to mark on the Hotel. If arriving on Bus, probably best to take a Taxi. The Hotel is in walking distance of the main attractions. The room was adequate, with an ensuite Shower. Although the room was noisy with the window open (due to traffic running on cobbled stones), it was better with the window closed.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The building itself is fabulous, with a grand entrance, patio, and reception area. I always miss coffee and tea facilities in continental hotels. There was no remote control for the TV or air-conditioning/heating, but I didn't ask at reception. Very friendly staff. I could have sat in the reception area for hours looking up at the first floor and out on the patio- very lovely! Excellent location also!

The purpose of our trip to Seville was to see the buildings of interest, art galleries and anything else that showed us the culture of the city. The Don Pedro was ideally located for this type of exploration. We have graded lower the quietness of the rooms. The Don Pedro is in the middle of a busy city and noise is inevitable. It did not cause us a problem as we live in a town centre, but it is a point that may be worth bearing in mind for those sensitive to noise. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, but did suggest to them that the ability to make tea and coffee in one´s room would be an advantage as they do not have any facility to purchase any type of refreshment.
