We found the hotel following their instructions with no problem, staff were helpful and friendly, I would recommend thid hotel for people who wish to stay in the centre of Sevilla and walk to the various attractions.
United Kingdom, Mar 2009
My second visit to Seville the hotel was not my first choice but our party of three were pleasantly surprised by the standard. Loved being able to use the free wireless access.

First time I stayed at this hotel and would return. Only one negative comment would be that at times the reception staff were a little reluctant to help. This was overcome with the assistance of someone of authority.

all is ok, maybe not close to the center of the city but after all sevilla is not a very big city therfor few minuts walking and there you are.. Brekfast is very good quality, / room was nothing exeptional, rather sufficent i would say, but however would go back to this hotel again.

The hotel location was convenient, rooms were fine, however the staff were almost mean. Not helpful at all. Treated very badly by the reception people every time when we had to ask questions during our stay.

A good comfortable hotel. Only criticism is the walls are a bit thin - so some noise at night. Helpfull, friendly staff. Nice roof terrace and pool was open in April (description says it only opens in June). The cafe across the road does good inexpensive breakfasts.

Reasonably good location, fairly central to old Town Centre and easy access to other areas. We found the hotel reasonable for the time of year (April Fiestas). Certainly have nothing uncomplementary to say, it's worth considering.

Rooms are a little noisy and old fashioned. However, it is a good hotel, the pool and the terrace are just awsome, the best feature of Don Paco

this is the worst hotel I have even been to. The price of the room should be below 50 Euros

I get what i've payed for. Clean and professional. 10 min. walking from the Giralda but in a nice neiborogh.

This hotel was the worst of the 6 we stayed on on our trip. As it is on a plaza it is very hard to find. The room was small and the service was worse. No parking was available for us, we had to put the beds together by ourselves after asking at the front desk. But the worst was after asking when breakfast was and eating there for three days at our checkout we were charged 60 euros for it. Nowhere was this posted or told to us by either the front desk or our servers. When we complained at check out they would not budge at all, not even a partial credit. Only positive was the location was great.

The hotel is a long walk from the centre; there is a supermarket next door but no restaurants except for that of the hotel; for 20 Euros one gets a self-service meal of pot roast and mashed potatoes with a few cold vegetables: it is like a school refectory. The breakfast is not good quality. The carpet in the room had disgusting stains, the remote control for the television did not work; they attempted to overcharge me; they claimed no knowledge of the companhy "venere"; the reception staff is uniformly unfriendly. It was a place I was not sorry to leave and I would never stay there again. There are other hotels in the vicinity which are cheaper and much better (by the evidence of fellow tourists one meets in restaurants).

Very good location - close to railway station and city centre. The price was relatively higher, however breakfest was included in the price. Therefore final price was reasonable. The staff in the hotel reception was really competent and was able to speak fluently English and French - it is not common in Spanish hotels. Only one remark. Our room was clean, however it was possible to see that the carpet and the counterpanes were rather old (well worn).

Except for some unexpected street work in front of the hotel, this was a great hotel. The lobby was lovely, and the staff was always friendly and competent. The buffet dinner and breakfast were quite good. The walking distance to shopping and key sight-seeing was quite reasonable.

We stayed as one child and 2 adults. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem was an ineffective hair dryer. The rest was very good.

The room was nice and the people at the hotel were gracious and helpful beyond expectations however, it did not seem like a nice part of town and we were a bit disappointed with the location.

The main concern I had was that I needed to contact the hotel when I was in Madrid but none of the web based information I had about the hotel and my reservation included a phone number for the hotel.

I PARTICULARLY LIKED THE ROOFTOP TERRACE AND SWIMMING POOL. HOWEVER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN USEFUL TO HAVE SOME INFORMATION IN THE ROOM ABOUT RESTAURANT OPENING HOURS, BAR SERVICES ETC
