We stayed 3 nights. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Cathedral and Alcazar. The afternoon tea and snacks were especially nice.

The day we arrived was a fiesta so the area was not available to traffic, so we had to find the hotel on foot, hand held satnav did not work because of the narrow streets but well worth the effort to find, the reception staff were fantastic, the room was great, all the staff provided immediate service. A great friendly place to stay in the heart of Sevilla.

A very comfortable hotel, in the centre of Seville and very close to the Cathedral Square - the perfect place to watch the Samana Santa processions during Easter Week, and the scent of orange blossom filled the streets. We were delighted when a procession passed, unexpectedly, in front of our balcony.

Wonderfully located and comfortable hotel, provided you get the right room. We stayed in a deluxe room on the roof terrace - fabulous views and bags of privacy. Some of the other rooms only had windows overlooking the internal atrium, or had doors opening directly into the main public area. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely return.

Great location in Seville, just a little noisy from adjacent tapas bar. Hotel staff were great - very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Complimentary afternoon tea was good. Booked as a birthday present for my husband - 3 full days was just right. More sun loungers needed on terrace, but otherwise everything was very good.

The moment we stepped into the hotel, all the world behind us was forgotten! The sweet fragrance of the StarGazer flowers, the cool and quiet respite of the lobby made us feel relaxed. From our room, the romance, ambience, and by opening the courtyard doors we could hear the church bells! Fantastic!!

Very nice boutique hotel with a special inner patio that provides a green oasis among the busy Santa Cruz area. Very convenient with steps of the cathedral and the alcazaba. Can't help coming back for a rest when sightseeing around. The free afternoon tea inside the courtyard was a bonus! Free flow of coffee and juices and delicious snacks to pump up your energy for the evening. Though I've been to Sevilla before, I'll definitely come back again to Sevilla and spend some time in this hotel!

Highly recommended - a lovely romantic special hotel to finish our 3 weeks in Spain. Beautiful room. The reception staff were the best we have ever had - why more hotels don't train their staff to give such a warm, friendly and detailed introduction to their hotel and to their city, I don't know. We stayed in a Superior room and it lived up to all the good reviews. Only complaint was the wifi was weak in our room, but they gave us an internet cable and that was fine.

I wouldn't stay anywhere else but Casa 1800. The hotel is a classy, Spanish styled accomodation within easy walking distance to the top attractions with dining and shopping just steps away. It is in a great area and felt safe. Great tapas nearby and the hotel can schedule a flamenco show for you which shouldn't be missed. All of the staff were extremely kind and helpful. Why stay anywhere else?

Excellent hotel, excellent staff, and excellent location. Our ground floor room had a small patio and was decorated with style. Air conditioning dealt well with 35 degree heat. As you step out of the hotel you are right in the heart of the lovely city of Seville. Great roof top terrace with view of the Cathedral.

The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly, the atmosphere was familiar. Breakfast was served in the wonderful center room (like in a Riad in Marrakesch!). The location was just perfect. I recommend this hotel to all of my friends with no restrictions.

Set in the heart of the popular Barrio de Santa Cruz, The Hotel Casa 1800 is ideally located for the main tourist attractions and numerous tapas bars and restaurants. Admidst this buzzing area, the Casa 1800 is an oasis of calm and is very elegant. We were welcomed by very friendly staff, and we immediately felt we had made the right choice of hotel. We booked a deluxe room, which was on the top floor, with its own balcony and view of the cathedral. This was a beautiful room, quiet, and we felt well worth the extra cost. Although the cathedral bells can be heard, we did not find them intrusive at night. There are many lovely touches to the hotel. the free afternoon tea is most welcome and very enjoyable, and the breakfast is very good value; all enjoyed in the lovely inner court-yard. There is a personal touch to all the services provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Casa 1800, together with fantastic weather, and have every intention of returning to this wonderful hotel on our next visit to beautiful Seville.

One of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated. Attention to detail. Great "extras" which do not cost extra - like a late afternoon offering of free coffee, tea and beverages with nibbles.

I love this hotel. The staff are very good. My husband had his birthday while here and they were fantastically helpful! We live 2 hours from Seville and will likely come back to this hotel. We love the tea-on-the-house in the afternoons, only such a shame they don't have fresh pastries and cakes, too! The location is excellent - step out and you're in the hub of it all! Wonderful place to visit.
