Breakfasts were very good and was included in the overall price paid for room. also a big plus was the complimentary free wifi in room. -something I always consider when booking a room as the English channels are practically nonexistent on the tv and then I can listen to English speaking radio on stream at least!! very good location -central to the old heart of the city. would recommend this hotel for the price we paid for the room! only drawback was quite noisy and could hear footsteps and tv in above room.

We were very happy that we chose the Hotel Bequer for our three day stay in Seville. The location is brilliant - within walking distance of most sights but sufficiently removed from the high density touristy areas. All around the hotel are wonderful little local cafes and restaurants. We found an amazing wine bar and a fabulous bakery both less than a minute's walk from the hotel. Although some parts of the hotel are in need of a little updating, everything is very clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms are small but were cleaned spotlessly every day and restocked with all necessities. Additional pluses are the hotel cafe which is open for breakfast and the little swimming/sunbathing roof terrasse. The pool is really a splash pool but it provides a refreshing break on a sunny Seville day. We would love to return to Seville and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Hotel was located near enough to the old town - within walking distance to all the major attractions. Driving in Malaga can be a real pain since there are no street name signs anywhere, so hotel was close to the main arteries which helped. Do not follow Google written instructions - print out the Google map instead.

The location is excellent. It is a small facility with limited on street parking and 2 slow elevators. Staff needs to be friendlier and more knowledgeable about Sevilla from the tourist point of view.

We stayed for 4 nights during a short break to Seville. The hotel was better than we expected and offered excellent value for money, the breakfast very good and the roof swimming pool altough quite small was an excellent place to relax after a days sight seeing. The location is a ten minute stroll to the Cathedral and is 5 minutes to the main shops. Seville has a good range of shops which we visited every morning, it always pays to keep your wife happy!

A nice city hotel with a good location in relation to the inner city. If you need to go to the "conference palace", however, this is a poor choice, you almost need to take a taxi every day.

Good central location for seeing the sights in Seville. We really appreciate the free use of a hotel computer and wi-fi access. Restaurant next door was so convenient for breakfast and a mid-day break.

The staff was fantastic, helpful and friendly. Room was nice, good size, tastefully decorated, clean enough, but very dark. We were offered another room with balcony, refused it due to smoke smell. The swimming pool and the roof terrace are beautiful and comfortable with great view. The hotel has a very good location, short walking distance to historic centers, bars, restaurants, shops etc. We would encourage visitors to adjust to the Spanish schedule upon their arrival, it's the best way of getting the most out of their vacation. We did not eat at the hotel, we found many little cafes around(the non-tourist ones are very cheap and serve great food). The piano bar was closed. Some web sites advertise entertainment at the hotel(flamenco etc), there wasn't any during our stay. Sauna, jacuzzi, Turkish baths, steam bath and spa are not included and you need appointment for any of them, Sunday closed.

Very well located - closed to Seville center and main point of interest - Parking for the car. Only low point is the breakfast - expensive and not very good - it is best to go out in one of the cafe around.

The hotel was in a very central location; close to the river and a short walk to the old town. The onsite parking was a plus. Breakfast should be included in the price but the cafe next door was good. We absolutely loved Sevilla.

Consigliato.

The same menu was served in all the food areas a bit too recherche so we ate out. Plenty of typical Spanish restaurants in the locality. Quite a long walk to the centre especially in the heat. We enjoyed the small but spotless pool with a good sitting area. Reception staff were very helpful. We would have preferred a more central hotel.

Hotel Bequer was in a good location for walking to the Cathedral and other attractions. The room was large, well lit and clean. Desk staff was not the most friendly or helpful, but they were ok. Pool was small but nice and refreshing. Noisy at night as typical in Spain.

The rooms were tiny very small and claustrophobic which was a pity as the hotel was in a good location and had a nice ambience overall. We breakfasted out in some of the many cafe around however some guests complained their breakfast was very poor. We stayed for four nights and at the end I was glad to leave - I wouldn't stay here again because of the room size

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel and was overall satisfied. The hotel was close to the city central and we were able to walk to all the historical locations. The only thing that I was not satisfied was the information given by the reception for a restaurant recommendation. We could not find the 2 recommended rests given to us. Otherwise location and facility excellent. I could have found a lower priced hotel if had searched at location.

The hotel was fairly nice, and our room more spacious than some of the others we stayed in. The double set of doors to the balcony ensured the room was quiet, even though it looked out on the street. The "double" bed we were provided was larger than the standard U.S. double bed, and as a couple, we slept fairly comfortably in it. There were plenty of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, and it was close to the bullring, the river, and within easy walking distance to a number of the items we wanted to see in town (including the cathedral, etc.). When we arrived early in the day and our room wasn't ready yet, we left our luggage with the front desk, and were pleasantly surprised to find that they had delivered it to our room for us by the time we returned. The front desk personnel were eager to help us, and were quite pleasant. There were no washcloths in the bathroom, although that appears to be "standard" in Spain. I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel was perfect - very easy to accesss by car, 1/2 block from the Tagus River and a 10 minute walk to the main sites! We neglected to make a reservation for our car, however the staff helped us find parking until they had room. Breakfast was not included in our rate, but there is a nice cafe next door, and the hotel is surrounded by very good restuarants as well. Two days was too short to enjoy this comfortable hotel and beautiful city. I would highly recommed this hoyel and hope to return.

Booking details were wrong and we had only 2 instead of 3 rooms. The hotel then put 2 adult brothers into a connecting room with a sofa bed to share. Fortunately they could swap with their single sister but the connecting door was very thin and it was easy to have a conversation between the rooms with the door closed- obviously privacy issues. Another irritation was room service finishing at 11 pm. Apart from that it was ok and handily situated.

The hotel is ideally situated for all sightseeing. The soundproofing from the double glazing blocks out most street noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool area is generally well-kept but small and there are only 11 sun-loungers -inadequate especailly later in the day when most people have finished sight-seeing. They provide towels so don't bother taking any. The tapas bar under the hotel is good and there is a supermarket close-by for water etc. Beware of the expensive AVE train to Cordoba - we thought we had bought return tickets and ended up paying about £60 in total for a few hours there. Early morning walks around the old quarter are lovely, as it nice and quiet and this is a perfect time to visit the Alcazar.

The hotel was nice but the room very small, people at the reception very "essential" and, the really bad surprise, the bed was not enough for two people and extremely unconfortable. Anyway, these problems didn't affect the excellent result of our weekend.

We had two twin beds pushed together, which was not ideal, but it was fine. We were also in what appeared to be the extension of the hotel, which was a little college dorm-like, but we were very happy with our actual room and the hotel location. We were a short and pleasant walk to many major sites. The customer service was excellent and fast. We would stay here again.

We got a summer special. The value was excellent because it is a good four star hotel. The bathroom was getting slightly tired but it was spacious and well appointed. The room itself was spacious, cool, and well decorated. It overlooked a central courtyard and we had no problem with noise. Good air conditioning. Free breakfast would have made it ideal.

This hotel was very comfortable and convenient. We went out to a cafe for breakfast, only 5 euros for 2. The room was large and quiet in the new part of the hotel at the back. Circular bus very useful for seeing the 1992 expo area, 1 euro for as long as you like. Travel agent at hotel entrance will sell train tickets eg. for Cordoba.

Spacious room and hotel located at a not so touristy area but still within walking distance to the main attractions. Spacious room and have all the necessary facilities. However, all rooms was still centrally heated when temperature in Seville was 24 degree in the day and it doesn't drop much during the night. Extremely hot at night and tried to sleep with open windows but it is quite impossible as room is on second floor next to the street and really noisy if you open your windows. So we were sweating while trying to sleep!
