We chose this for the Hotel car park. This was difficult to find not at the hotel and very hard to get in or out of. Because we left the car until 6 pm we were charged an extra day of 16 euros. I scratched the hire car on the way out and had to pay the rental company for this. While I accept this was my fault I had no trouble at the two previous hotel car parks I had used on this trip which were both far easier to use and much cheaper. The breakfast was terrible, overseen by a miserable member of staff. Room was very small on a very busy road so very noisy. Bath was tiny, more like a bidet.

Good size rooms and helpful staff. I asked for a back room as it is on a main road so was quieter at the back. Hallways are noisy as are the locks at the doors! Lots of hot water and comfortable beds. No information in the room about contacts in an emergency - not even the number of the reception. That should be addressed. Good central position.

The location is extremely convenient, but other than that it is a so-so hotel. My room was very small so I had to exhale in order to make a detour around the desk to get into the bed. All furniture was dated. Walls were so thin I could hear a person in the adjacent room snoring. Besides, although I stayed there in the beginning of May, it was not exactly hot during the day and the nights were rather chilly. However, the hotel had no central heating and no individual heaters were available. Since my room faced the yard (or rather a “stone well”), it had no direct sunlight and when inside I was cold all the time, which is a rather strange experience for a visit to Andalucía.

Very unfriendly staff, especially at the reception. Parking very expensive, difficult to go to and almost impossible to move inside and leave the parking (narrow spaces, columns all over, almost impossible to drive in and out). Location is good, within walking distance (1/2 mile) of the historic district). Do not recommend the hotel due to poor service and price/quality ratio.

The hotel is not accessible because there are stairs to the lift and to the breakfast room . The breakfast is mediocre-- no fruit or eggs as you would expect for the price. Baggage loading area in front ofhotel is alwAys blocked by parked cars. The garage is a block away and not secured so why pay 14 euros a night for this? There is no bellman or doorman so you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs to the lift. The staff did not want to give a receipt for our payment but we insisted. We would not book this hotel again.

The location was excellent. The rooms were clean, roomy, pretty, and well equiped. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and large. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy and the extra water volume caused the sewers to vent improperly...at times the smell was awful! Also, the halls were not carpeted, so hall traffic was noisy. There was no restaurant onsite, and the breakfast buffet included was pretty uninspiring.

Great hotel for a short break: close to major attractions - Cathedral, Alcazares, Santa Cruz, Plaza de Espana etc.- and few minutes walk from end/start stop of the airport bus. Room was compact but very comfortable; being 2nd floor at the back it was very quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was great for the most part. The staff is very nice and helpful and the rooms are rather large for a European hotel. Everything was very clean and safe. However, we were there in July and it was very very HOT. The hotel failed to mention when we checked in that they turn OFF all of the air conditioning at about 7am until about 1pm to get everyone up and out of their rooms so the maids can get through. It would have been nice to know this our first morning there - we woke up not knowing and took showers, which made the room unbearably hot. Had we known, we would have showered the evening before.

Brilliant hotel for staying near the Alcázar in Sevilla! The rooms in the hotel were spacious, quiet and adequately decorated for the price paid. Outside there were also a good number of cafés/cervezerías within easy walking distance. My only gripe is that insulation between our room and the one next door was a little thin. We could hear people next door having a heated discussion about one thing or another (their TV could also be heard - or maybe they simply had it on too loud). Oh yeah, and the bathroom fittings were a little old (and loose). In particular the holder/rail for the shower head felt like it was about to come out of the wall during use. Otherwise though, I'd give this hotel 90% and would recommend it to others!

Not too difficult to find. Try to get directions before you leave though as it can be quite bus in Seville. The hotel does have parking but you have to pay. I would suggest dropping bags off first then move the car as the reception needs to give you directions. When you drive to the parking you need to look upwards as the signage is high up and it is easy to miss. The entrace is very tight so if you have a very large car you might struggle! Great location for the city, right opposite the alcazar and about 5 mins into the centre. There are a couple of cafes outside where breakfast is good and much cheaper than the hotel. There's plenty to see in Seville. A trip to the Alcazar is well worth it. Alo walk through the tabacco factory, now part of the university and go up the Giralda for a great view. If you are travelling on to Cordoba or Granada, Carmona, about 40 mins from Seville is a nice old town to stop in.

We stayed in Seville for 2 nights. The hotel was easily located. The room was clean, roomy and quiet (we had requested a room not facing the street. The hotel is a short walk from the cathedral, the Alcazar and the Juderia and also close to the tranvia station. Our major complaint is the parking/baggage situation. The parking structure is a block away. We initially parked in a public parking lot, walked to the hotel and got a map and instructions to the hotel's parking. At the bottom of the ramp we were faced with 2 padded pillars(!) and a very narrow space to maneuver the car. After several minutes of backing up and pulling forward, we managed to park the car, scraping the rear fender in the process. There was no elevator to street level, so we lugged our bags up the ramp to the hotel. No ramps in the hotel and no assistance offered to/from parking. At departure, we double- parked in front of the hotel to load. This was the only negative, but a major one for us.

Hotel personnel were friendly and moved us to a different room because of bathroom plumbing odors. Rooms were ok but the paper thin walls were a problem every night especially since the air conditioning was not working the three days we were there and had to keep the windows open adding to more noise at night. Breakfast buffet very plain and bland.

During the Feria or Semana Santa surely you don't get back the price you pay.. better to chose some hotel in another town next time and pay the taxi for driving home in the night.. Otherwise, nothing to complain... EXCEPT ONE THING! The toilet is too little. There's very little space.

first room given was double bed and not matrimonial. Room was small and especially was smelling very strongly tobacco. We got a new room much smaller but smelling better. But staff refuses any compensation (discount, free breakfast...)Not really price for value.

Excellent location, good price/quality ratio. Note that the cleaning staff will probably wake you up at 9am, as the acoustic isolation is poor and they make a lot of noise, so don't plan to sleep any longer.

My boyfriend is used to 4stars hotels: so it was happy about this choice. Althought, I THINK it would be better to stay in somewhere more Spanish with people who doesn't speak any English. The staff is VERY KIND, always there and helpfull. The room was ok, but with 2 twin beds instide of a single big one!! The location is confortable BUT in a very BIG avenue behind the park: I think it would be better to stay in front of the park, in the very city center. Anyway, it's ok, I just thought 3stars hotels were better than this. I mean, I didn't find any difference between this hotel and the cheapest ones I was used to ... Anyone: if you decide to choose this hotel, you will enjoy for sure!

Beautiful and clean hotel in a great location, but the walls were very thin. We could hear everything going on in the hallway where they could presumably hear us as well. The bathrooms were also a little small, and there was no room safe. Overall, great value.

They were very nice and let us leave our 4 suitcases there for a night before we checked in. The rooms are very nice. Location is on a busy street about 1 block from the bus station so it was very convenient for us, but not as charming a location as our other hotel. Easy to catch a cab at 5:00am the next day.

We had a nice and quiet room at the back of the hotel, but I suppose the rooms with windows on the main road are much noisier. There's no need to have breakfast at the hotel, because there's a nice bar next to it where you can have "café con leche y un croissant" for about €2. The hotel is very well located: cross the street in front of it, walk through the park for 2 minutes and you'll be right in the centre. The main square with the cathedral and the alcazar are just ten minutes away on foot. I do recommend this hotel!

From the Alcazar, it was easy walking to the bus and places we wanted to visit on all sides of the hotel. Next door was an excellent bar for breakfast. The staff was English competent and helpful. Our room was quiet because it was not overlooking the street and park on the front side and because no construction work was occuring nearby. Our room had a balcony on the back side.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you are traveling without a car (and also if you are coming from the airport by the express bus). It is a clean decent hotel and the average price we payed (55-60 Eur) was very good comparing of what we've got. The room was spacious but we didn't have a window looking to the gardens. In the end that wasn't bad because we didn't hear the traffic from the avenue in front of the hotel. Also we were all day long out in the city so it wasn't really a problem. A negative think is that we could hear loud voices or music from the rooms around. We needed a hotel close to the old city area and not far from the modern center. As we had rent a car from our 4th day (we started from Seville 3 days) and we had to pick it from the airport (better price) the short distance from the airport express bus terminal (about 250-300 meters) was perfect for us. As a conclusion I'd recommend this hotel for somebody who would like to visit Seville for 3-4 days and doesn't want to spend money to taxi from and to the airport.

Hotel ok but very thin walls hard to get to sleep loud sounds from each side then somebody was listening to very noisey music above us.I would not stay there again. When you've been out all day seeing the sights I'd traveled a couple hundred miles driving so you need to sleep but we had our problems.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the bus stop where you can catch the bus to the airport. The hotel is also very close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is excellent and the emplyees are kind and speak different languages. I recommend very much this hotel.

I was expecting a double room and was given a room with two joint beds that would not stay together. A bit disappointing for me and my partner.

Great location for seeing the sights of Sevilla. Staff extremely courteous & very helpful. Rooms clean & comfortable although a fridge/minibar would be useful and/or tea/coffee-making facility (there was a hot drinks machine on the ground floor). Refurbishment of the reception area was underway which is the only reason for slightly lower marks given for Public Areas & Services & Faciltiies Offered (presumably not a long-term problem.)

Very good value for a hotel in the city centre. A very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Good private parking in a nearby underground garage, but not for the faint hearted or big cars - narrow spaces between many pillars.
