Friendly and very helpful staff . The rooms were absolutely beautiful. Every detail you could think of was provided just as the other reviewers have mentioned. The room did not have a sea view, but the views were still lovely. Everything was an easy walk from the hotel, only a few steps from the town center. We loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again when returning to Sestri Levante. We were fortunate to visit Liguria before it is over-run with tourists and we loved it.

Well-appointed and very comfortable, the guest rooms at the Grand Hotel Villa Balbi can accommodate up to 3 persons and come come with all of the latest modern conveniences, such as satellite TV with Sky channels, mini bar and air-conditioning.This magnificent hotel has been decorated in excellent taste, boasting fine wooden floors, antique furnishings and tapestries, and wonderful painted ceilings.
