Hotel Due Mari - Sestri Levante

Reception staff was particularly helpful. When we arrived at the railway station non Sunday afternoon, it was impossible to get a taxi and they sent us a car. When we left, we forgot a bag at the station: we realized that while in the train, we called them and they collected it immediately and sent it to our home. Noteworthy are the excellent swimming pool with sea water, the nice garden, and the ideal location in the most charming part of the small town.

This was my first time at Due Mari, i was expecting a wifi network in the rooms, however, there is no internet connection only in the hall which pretty disappointing with such quality of service and welcoming in this hotel.

The hotel is a bit tired with some lackluster service from the desk and especially the bar and breakfast staff. The location is wonderful, but you pay way more than the hotel is worth to be in this spot. The breakfast was canned fruits, stale breads, and some uninspiring pastries. There were scrambled eggs that were pretty good, but otherwise the breakfast was quite weak.

The Hotel Due Mari is in a great location and we really enjoyed the town. The hotel itself is a little tired and worn. The AC is fairly weak, but did cool the room a bit. The bar/breakfast staff were fairly surly and unfriendly. You pay a lot to stay here and it wasn't really worth the price paid in my opinion. Although many hotels in the area are expensive as well. The pool is nice and refreshing although the pool area is pretty cramped for space.

Fantastic position, hotel recently renewed. Our room was spacious with a little bathroom. Other room may vary according to price and location (the hotel has 2 buildings). Food was good, staff really friendly.

Very very nice hotel. Quolity i s higher than what you ca expect fro a three stars. The room that I had was quite small.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We arrived a day early by mistake and they were very accomodating. Would recommend staying here to anyone. Great location for visiting Cinque Terra

Location - excellent, in the heart of the town, just behind the White Church, just ask anyone will know and within walking distance from train station. Quality. Excellent! A somptuos villa, with superlative interiors, a garden for breakfast and luxurious restaurant for dinners, quite busy in the evenings. Not cheap, but excellent value for money. Great breakfast! Good travel connections - train to just anywhere. Helpful, polite, knowledgeable staff!

Just stayed for one night but really enjoyed this hotel. Very cute and full of character. I would recommend it to anyone! Everything was as expected or even better to include parking, location, cleanliness, the staff, and the property itself.

The Due Mari is an eccentric hotel. The room was pretty comfortable but the public spaces verge on tacky, with a clutter of objects everywhere. The gym areas are depressing and damp. The service was very pleasant and competent and the breakfast was good. The hotel is located at the edge of the central business area, and while it is a bit far from the train station, if we had not stayed there, we would not have discovered the excellent Portobello restaurant nearby.

Nice hotel and nice situation. Our stay was abit early in the season so that swimming pool was not in service, yet. restaurant is quite good. the health center was out of service

An old fashioned hotel with some character and charm in an excellent location. We had a very good rate so could not complain about the room which had no view and was quite small. Breakfast was excellent by Italian standards and hotel has lots of amenities. A good choice.

The price is a little bit too high for the bathroom's size (the shower is very small, if you are pregnant or tall...) But the rest was Ok in an italian style Sestri is still incredible
