The most pathetic hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The heaters were not working at all in the hotel, and when asked about the same at the reception; we got a reply that heaters never work fulltime in whole Italy and maybe it will start working in the night. All useless reasons and then we coudn't sleep whole night due to cold. In the morning we had to take bath in freezing water, breakfast can't be poor than what they offered. In simple words never ever stay in this hotel if you love your comfort.

Good value for money whether you pay a cheap rate (no more than 35-40€/night (single room). Ideal for backpackers / low budget tourism WI-FI not working properly No air-conditioning though stated on website No American Express though stated on website Rooms not soundproof. Coul be an issue in case of noisy neighboring People kind and polite
