We enjoyed our three night. The hotel was clean, and very convenient for our visit to Disneyland. The shulle bus was good. The room rate was good. We will recommend you to our friends and hope to return to your hotel in the future.

We've stayed at L'Elysee Val d'Europe in mid-September. We booked a triple room through Venere website as it was the best price we found. Our room was very clean and the staff came to clean every day. The reception staff are very helpful and speak fluent English. The hotel is very convenient, it is only 2 minutes away from the train station - from where you can arrive in Paris in about 40mins. Be careful when you purchase your train tickets, the machines are not very user friendly when it comes to choosing your day ticket (and a child's)! There's an information desk but not all the staff are helpful. Opposite the hotel there is the shopping complex of Val D'Europe which is very convenient as one can buy his picnic lunch from the supermarket. The complex also houses a choice of restaurants which are good value for money especially when one is travelling with kids. To go to Disneyland the hotel is serviced by a shuttle bus (50) which stops opposite the hotel and within ten minutes you're there. The buses are not so frequent at certain times so be sure to get a timetable! We travelled by VEA shuttle coaches to and from the airport - the service is very efficient.

I was in the Hotel for 4 nights; this was the first time I was in Serris and in the Hotel. In the hotel always bad flavours immediately out of the room; the cleanliness not acceptable (piece of roast chiken out of the door of the room for several hours

We had been there several times, but this time, breakfast area has been changed to meeting room. The food contents has also been changed. It's not so nice.

ben posizionato davanti centro commerciale e outlet con molte marche stanze sporche il lettino(mezzo rotto e macchiato di pennarello) per la bimba è arrivato senza coperte e lenzuola xchè non ne avevano le cameriere non lo hanno mai rifatto.lo staff della concierge è stato gentile,e parlavano in italiano la navetta è stata puntuale ogni 25 min la fermata è proprio di fronte all'ingresso

A nice hotel located close to Disneyland Paris, just a half-block from the RER Val d'Europe and directly across from the Val d'Europe shopping mall. The hotel does offer a shuttle service to the Disney park, but it turns out that the shuttle takes an hours-long break at mid-day (right when the Eurostar from London arrives). We ended up taking a taxi (10Euro) from the station to the hotel rather than waste a few hours waiting. Fortunately, we were allowed to check in early at the hotel and caught the shuttle back to the park. The room was large and the bathroom was huge (for a Paris hotel). Our stay was uneventful for the most part -- exactly what we hope for in a hotel. We did not eat at the hotel, instead opting for the mall's food court and the local restaurants (all within walking distance). If you are a small group and want a bit of flexibility, buy a carnet of tickets for the RER so you can hop on the trains that run every 10 minutes rather than lose time waiting for the often over-crowded shuttle. Once we figureed this out, travel to-and-from the park got remarkably easier!
