I enjoyed ataying at this hotel, great character, the only complaint I would have is the complete and utter lack of English of the reception staff.

Very good - particularly the situation. Ask for a room looking out at the back of the hotel for a view of the surrounding countryside. Halfway between the famous aqueduct and the Plaza Mayor, but easy to walk everywhere in the old quarter. Ignore the breakfast and go out to one of many cafes nearby.

Could not find the hotel by car even with detailed map. I would recommend to do like us and just park the car in the public parking near the aqueduc and walk to the hotel. You get a reduced fare if the hotel stamp your parking ticket. We saw three of the hotel parking spots but have no clue how you get there with your car as it is limited access. The hotel is well situated in the old town, everything was like the web site said, few minutes walk for Alcazar, roman aqueduc, cathedral and plaza mayor. We had 2 rooms, one for 2 teenagers, one for the parents. Hotel rooms were huge compare to other europeen hotel rooms we were in; decorated old fashion, 10-12 foot ceiling with chairs, table and other little conveniances. No A/C but it was still very cool in the rooms even with the heat wave. Had free wifi.

Old world hotel with spacious rooms, and marble floors and stairs. Our room on 4th level had a marvelous view over Segovia. Hotel is walking distance to all sights and interesting eateries.

Perfect location on the main street of the old town for a few days visiting Segovia on foot. Single rooms in Spanish hotels are often pretty dreary or cramped, but this was a mini-suite with views over the mountains, excellent value for money.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It is in a perfect location within historic Segovia for a great price. You can't ask for more than that. It was also a mere 10 minute walk to the bus station for my super early bus the next day. The room was comfortable, it had a bathtub (which was a nice surprise), and was all-around good. I would absolutely come back.

Stayed at Sirenas for a night. Just a short walk up the road from the Aqueduct bus stop. Don't be fooled by the small entrance door. It's rather big inside. The staff spoke some English and were nice and cordial and extremely helpful when I needed the Segovia-Madrid train/bus timetable. They quickly found and gave me a page off the newspaper and a printout from the internet. My single room was a quiet one probably because the only window which was sealed with blinds probably opened in a backyard of some buildings. So no daylight. The room itself was very clean and spacious with a quaint creaky wooden floor which was nice in a way. Breakfast is not included but there are tons of places within meters where you could go, including the hotel restaurant/bar in the basement. Free wi-fi which works only in the small lounge, but I could get the signal on the bench outside on the street across from the entrance. The map here doesn't show its location in Segovia, but it's very close to the bus station, Aqueduct and other monuments. Overall a nice place to sleep for a night and explore Segovia.

This was an Olde Worlde hotel that has been rather grand in its day. We had stunning birdseye views over the back of the walled city. The ornate Cathedral, aqueduct and castle are all nearby. Las Sirenas is a quiet venue that would be especially suitable for older travellers.

A lovely place right in the centre of Segovia. One of the days we stayed there was a free concert of students from the music school.

Excellent location. The hotel is very hard to get to and is in need of some new and fresh updating. The restaurant was closed for renovation. They offered a terrible breakfast and would not accept our room number so we had to get some money to pay for it at the spot.

Clean, nice hotel, excellent location - just in the heart of segovia - parking and driving in the historic city centre was a bit of a challenge, but both hotel staff and local inhabitants were very helpful and understanding;)

The staff at Hotel Las Sirenas were very helpful and pleasant. I felt very welcomed. The room was exceptionally clean. For the value, I would defenitely stay there again. It was close to the Cathedral and other attractions.

No air conditioning (and it would have been such a welcome feature in that hot day!). Some problems to access the hotel due to works in the street. Anyway, the room was confortable, clean and quiet.

Fantasatic location in the heart of Segovia, about half way between the Plaza Mayor and the aqueduct along the main (pedestrian) thoroughfare. This is Spain, so take your pick of the many great bars and restaurants within a short stroll. Staff were very professional and friendly, from management through to housekeeping. Although the furnishings were some years old, everything was faultlessly maintained, and I have never stayed anywhere which was as meticulously cleaned, both before and during our stay. On the down side, my wife and I had an internal room with single beds and a view only of the adjacent building roof. The hotel was fully occupied (Tour of Spain bike race was in town), so we were unable to change rooms; it can't hurt to call the hotel in advance and ask for an external room and let them know your bed requirements. Some rooms out the back overlook a park and the cathedral (my mother- in-law had one of these), or rooms out the front look over a nice square and church. Being in the old town there is no traffic noise to be concerned about! We had been concerned about parking as there is essentially none in the old town. The hotel has 3 or 4 spaces on the street around the corner, and amazingly let us use one of these without charge for the two nights we were there.

The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and bright if a little on the small side. The only criticism I have is that water, or access to water, should have been provided in the rooms,
