Cancellation Policy

In case there is a cancellation of the booked room(s), less than 2 days before the arrival, we will charge you 50% of the whole price. Cancellations less than 1 day before arrival will be charged with 80% of the whole price.We will charge your credit card a deposit of 25% of the accomodation price on the day you book the room, otherwise we can not guarantee the availability of the booked rooms.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
