Excellent hotel and great town but the ski area is only of inexperienced skiers

For a 5 star hotel I was quite disappointed with the decor and size of our room. I appreciate it was the least expensive room in their range, however it wasn't what I would have expected from a 5 star hotel (or for the price we paid - which was still quite considerable). The staff were very friendly and the wine cellar tour was excellent. However, the ski shuttle service offered was also very disappointing - once it was unavailable so we had to get a taxi (which we had to pay for!) and the second time they forgot about us and left us waiting downstairs. We subsequently had to get another cab (which the hotel said they would pay for), however when the cab driver dropped us off he also wanted paying. It was all a bit frustrating and not quite a 5 star service.

From Munich/Salzburg proceed on the highway Inntalautobahn A12 in direction of Kufstein. Take the exit Zirl/Ost 87 and proceed on the federal road B177 in direction of the Seefeld village.

By train
Seefeld railway station is about 500 metres from the hotel.

By airplane
Innsbruck airport is about 23 km from the hotel. The easiest way to reach the hotel, from the airport, is by taxi.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Venere.com does not debit your credit card for your reservations. You will be asked to insert your credit card details which will be sent to the property only as a guarantee of the reservation. The bill will then have to be settled directly at the hotel. In case your chosen hotel needs a deposit, this information will be included in the "Cancellation policy" section and the deposit will have to be settled directly with the pre-selected property. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE". In this case, the total amount of your stay will be charged to your credit card by the hotel at the time of booking.

Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from 3 p.m.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

Local tax is not included in the price and costs €1,20 per person per night.
Children aged 0-7 years stay for free in their parents' bedroom.
Guests staying at least 3 days are offered a welcome drink in the 500 year old wine cellar.
Guests are offered, for free, a daily sports/recreation programme, e.g. Nordic walking, yoga, aqua-fit.
Use of tennis court/mountain bikes is free of charge.
