The location is next to route99 and very noisy. If you need a silent room you'd rather not to sleep in this hotel. Also the air conditioning in the room is old and noisy.

Very welcoming. Let us choose between two rooms. Wireless internet didn't work on third floor but did in lobby, so that was OK. Breakfast not much to speak of. EXCELLENT value for the price a short walk from Seattle Center (Space Needle, etc). We plan to return to this hotel again on our next visit.

the hotel is right next to I5, some rooms are facing directly to the hiway. Some hotel staff are nice, but not very professional: Hotel did not have my booking info when i was checking in, and refused to change clean my room after the house cleaning ladies has finished cleaning the floor i stayed because "they don't have time to come back" (quoting the hotel staff). hotel room is spacious and location is close to space needle 5mins walk.

I stayed in about 5 hotels during my trip to northwest and california. I would say that the staff at this hotel was the least friendly and helpful. Hotel maintenance was so so and rooms were not worth the price. I won't be back.

Hotel workers (front desk) seemed to be unfamiliar with how to operate the computer. We experienced delays and frustrations both in checking in and out. Checking out was the worst; the man didn't know how to void out the original transactions (since upon checking out we wanted to charge 2 seperate cards) and then he argued with me for ~ 10 min about how he would just charge me again and attempt to void the first one. I am still nervous on whether or not I was double charged so I'm watching for my credit card statement to see. The best thing about this hotel is that it is reasonably priced for the proximity to downtown area. It's within walking distance of downtown which is really convenient.

Business trip, hoping to find value, instead found the worst hotel I ever paid up front to stay at in 16 years of business travel. Would have paid twice amount to stay somewhere else, but this hotel insisted on charging a entire two nights stay with not even an itemized receipt and would nothing to resolve their problems. No A/C, empty parking but they charge you upfront $10 to park on top of your room, Nasty look and unsafe feel. Empty hotel, charging high price up front, no refunds at all not even for additional nights, front desk girl operates a scam operation!

How to reach Seattle Pacific Hotel

By car
From I-5 northbound or southbound:
Take Exit 166 (Denny Way) and proceed to 6th Avenue. Turn right on 6th Avenue and proceed for three blocks to Harrison Street. Turn right on Harrison Street. The hotel is located at corner of Harrison and Aurora Avenue North.

By airplane
The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport lies about 15 miles/24 km from the property. Take I-5 northbound towards Seattle to Exit 166 (Denny Way). Then follow the above-said indications.
Alternatively, you can reach the hotel either by taxi or with the Grayline Airport Shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes to the city's center and is accessible just outside the baggage claim area at SeaTac Airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If a reservation is to be cancelled within 48 hours of the arrival date there will be a charge of 1 night room plus tax. A cancelation prior to that period will result in a $25 charge.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 2 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
