My reservation couldn't reach the Hotel. So if it had no room, we couldn't stay it. We spent long time in fhe front. Because employee couldn't find my name. That's terrible thing. And I resrved 2 bads room, but we staied 1 bed room. Price was little expensive...

The hotel did not have my reservation. Lucky for me, I had my confirmation printed out and handy. I waited at the counter for 10 minutes before the receptionist even filled me in on what was going on with everything. As for the room, don't expect anything special. There is nothing fancy about the place. It did provide a clean room, bed, and shower so I really cannot complain.

This is an excellent BUDGET-minded hotel. No frills, clean and spacious. It is located in the heart of Seattle tourist destinations, within walking distance of theaters, restaurants, shopping, etc.

How to reach Kings Inn

By car
Heading north, merge onto Wa-518 E toward I-5/Seattle/Tacoma/I-405, then onto I-5 N via the exit on the left toward Seattle. Take the Seneca St. Exit - Exit 165 on the left. Turn left onto Seneca St., right onto 4th Ave. then right onto Blanchard St. Turn right again onto 5th Ave. where the hotel is located.

By airplane
Seattle Tacoma International Airport (SEA) lies around 12.25 miles/20 km from the hotel; approximate driving time is 20 minutes.
The Grayline Airport Express shuttle-service stops around one block from the hotel. Tickets cost around $10.50 one-way, and the service is available between 5.40 a.m. and 11.20 p.m. daily.
